• Location to Dulles Airport, complimentary shuttle service.
• Shuttle service was not reliable.

“We chose this hotel because of location to the Dulles airport and the complimentary shuttle service since we did not have transportation. The restaurant and wine bar are very over priced. The shuttle service to the airport was delayed and delayed that finally the reception staff had to call us a cab (at their expense) which made us pleased with their customer service.”

• The bathroom was clean and spacious & television new and good quality
• The bed was a bit hard, but was still comfortable.

• Exceptionally clean and new feeling
• Poor signage near the road, thus difficult to locate

“Exceptionally clean. Attractive rooms. The lobby was welcoming and there were several guests enjoying the common spaces. The parking situation was somewhat unclear.”

• I liked the space and the bathroom. The soft fluffy robe was a nice touch.

• Clean, quiet and comfortable.

“This hotel was very clean and modern. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. We had a problem with the shower door not staying closed and it was fixed almost immediately. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Brand new, sumptuous. Excellent hot and powerful jacuzzi.
• Liked everything.

“Luxurious, quiet, relaxing. Complimentary shuttle ride to Reston downtown was offered so I could buy eye drops I'd lost going through airport security.”

• New hotel and very attractive.

“The hotel was new and very attractively decorated. The Vinefera restaurant was top notch and the service was excellent. It was expensive but expected that and worth the money. The staff was very helpful and there is a shuttle that would take you to the Reston Town Center that is close by if you chose to go there for shopping and they have 10 - 12 restaurants located there.”

• Very comfortable beds.
• They just provide one bar of soap for both shower and sink. So when I'm using the shower, I have to get the bar soap from the sink and vice versa.

“Great minimalist uncluttered interior design. One of the most comfortable, if not most comfortable, beds I've slept in. However, it really puzzles me, why the skimp on bar soap - in the two times I've stayed in the hotel they were consistent in providing only one bar of soap to use for both shower and sink. So when I use the shower, I have to get the soap from the sink; and when I'm using the sink, I have to get the soap from the shower.”

• The hotel was calming and peaceful.

“The staff was excellent. Our daughter had to be admitted to the hospital while we were staying there and they asked about her when we were coming and going and helped in any way they could.”

• The very comfortable bed.
• The interior architecture is not very attractive.

“Very good and personable staff. Decent restaurant. They just need to bring in an architect and somebody in interior design to brighten the place up and make it more structurally inviting.”

• The pool was not open all the time. Kids had to be 16 yr. old for the fitness center.Hotel
