“For the super low price I got by naming it on Priceline, this hotel was a great value. During our stay, we enjoyed using the pool, even late into the evening with no interference from staff or security. The pool was kept at a very pleasant temperature. If they are going to consider themselves a resort though (and charge you fees for it), they really should have Jacuzzis.

“For price vs. service / location etc., this hotel was absolutely great. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend the hotel buffet especially at breakfast.”

“Terrible hotel. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Cockroaches in hotel room. Paint peeling. Remote control did not work, insufficient towels in bathroom.

“If you get to the hotel from 9:00pm to 10:00pm you will get soaked by the totally missaligned sprinklers that aim at the aisles, cars stairs but the bushes. Ice vending machines don't work. Excellent security at night time and big rooms.”

“I was annoyed by one attendant who ignored me for a good 5-10 minutes while helping a customer on the phone. IMO, in person takes precedence, and he could have asked me if it was quick. The hotel charged an extra $10 per night ($5 for parking and a $5 resort fee). There was a convention in town and we had to park on the other side of the resort. We did get the parking fee reversed though. The in-room safe was broken, and there were no replacement parts, the WiFi didn't reach our room (presumably), and the sink was loose against the wall.”

“This hotel was a great stay for the money. We were not there long enough to use the pool but we were very happy with our room. Just a little disappointed we did not have a tub to soak in but the great bed made up for it. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.”

“Had some tiny ants, but not till day 4. Right at the Disney and Tourist area. Grounds look good for what we paid each day. We were expecting the free continental breakfast but we were told that with our arraignments the breakfast would be $8.50 per day each.”

“1st, they put me in a handicap room; 2nd, paper thin walls, could hear everything around you; 3rd, sheets were stained; 4th, hairs were everywhere in bathroom.”

“The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was wonderful. There were 4 rooms of teenagers next to us, the first night and following morning were horrible. They were not there the 2nd night. The staff tried to get the kids under control. That was the only bad part of the visit.”

“The first night at this hotel the TV was not working in our room and it stunk like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I went to the hotel desk due to not being able to contact over the phone from the room. The lady at the desk said we can put you in another room. She activated a key gave me a room number and I left. Upon arrival of new room the key she activated for me did not work at the room she activated it to. I had to go back to the hotel desk to tell them. She said that I would have to meet security to activate the key. I met a security guard who spoke no English at the door of the new room. He reset my card so it would work, I walked inside and there was people's belongings in the room. People were still staying in the room. After 45 minutes of running around the hotel for no reason we were finally given a different room. I could not stand this hotel or recommend this to anyone.”

“Good public areas, unheated pools, comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, very convenient for Disney, not enough staff on reception duties, excellent breakfast.”

“The best thing about this hotel is its location. It has very easy access to all Orlando parks. The walls are very thin and the noise from adjacent rooms is eminent.”

“The hotel is extremely close to Disney - it is a good place to come back and crash after a long day there. The walls are extremely thin, however, so hope that you have quiet neighbors all around.”

“The hotel was fine, adaquate for a night before checking into a Disney Resort. The computer system and staff was dismal. While we were trying to sleep two different sets of people tried to enter our room with keys to the room and a manager did open our door with his master key. Luckily the saftey latch was set, but being awoken by angry knocking was unpleasant. The second person had a maintance man attempt to open the door. It makes one wonder why the computer and front desk clerk kept reassigning our room after we had cheked in. I would not stay there again.”

“Close to Kissimmee, near the highway as well as close to Arabian knights, yet it was quiet and away from the other hotels.”

“Hotel far exceeded expectations. Grounds are really nice each cluster of rooms has a pool with a total of 3 pools on site. Rooms where nice with a tile shower. They were putting in brand new beds while we were there. There were no cob webs or anything. House keeping was friendly and always kept us with a fresh stock of towels.” Hotel Representatives:
