“Friendly cooperative staff. Excellent free airport to hotel shuttle service. The Executive level reception was excellent too. Morning breakfast buffet very good value for the $ with great selection. I'll stay there again.”

“Very comfortable bed with plenty of fluffy pillows. Bathroom was small, but great water pressure in shower. 5 minutes from airport. We got a great deal for our one-night, weekend stay.”

“Overall a solid hotel for those needing easy access to the main thoroughfares. Hotel amenities were rather standard for a Hilton and did not evoke 4-star status in my opinion. I did appreciate the conveniently located guest parking lot and quick elevators.”

“I had an overall excellent stay at the Airport Hilton, with the exception of a bad moment in the restaurant's sports bar. I was told by the front desk that they would be serving for ten more minutes, so I immediately went down. The staff there in the sports bar ignored me fifteen minutes, and then told me that the kitchen was closed and refused me service. I went back to the front desk and told them what had happened, and the front desk person took my order, and sent it to my room, complimentary. Exceptional service, above and beyond the call of duty from the front desk staff!!!”

“Well
I was so happy to be paying regular motel prices for an upscale hotel, but they had way 2 many extra charges and fees.”

“The women and the desk were short and rude to me and other employees, but the bell hop was a very friendly and respectful man.”

“The Atlanta Airport Hilton was perfect for our needs - clean, convenient, comfortable. The only drawback was the design of the shower curtain, the open netting allowed water to accumulate all over the floor making it slippery.”

“Everything was as expected except I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the van and did not get one of their better quality rooms.”

“The neighborhood appears to be a bit sketchy, which was a surprise. The staff were all very friendly, but the rooms left a lot to be desired. Especially if it is summer time and the ac doesn't cool the room! Too much money for the quality you receive.”

“This hotel is a Hilton that is past it's prime. It is 20 glass stories of disappointment. The minute you pull in you are met by a bellhop who upon discovering you want to go in a register and then park your own car kindly insist you park around back where you must enter and ascend a broken escalator to register. The lobby is vast but ends up making the hotel seem lumbering rather than luxurious. There were no luggage carts. After complaining about the parking slight the hotel comped the extremely high parking fee. With the exception of one new member, the staff (of which there were plenty) showed a stiff distant for anyone not in a business suit and a business expense account to spend on amenities that are extremely overpriced.”

“If you are flying it is a good location near the airport. Prices and fees are outrageous. Freebies you get at other hotels are just crazy. Wired internet and parking charged by the day. I guess they need to squeeze every penny they can get out of tired travelers.”

“For the price I think this was a great deal. The room and bathroom were clean. I wish use of the computer was complimentary, but overall we enjoyed our short stay.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, on the first day I arrived there was not a full supply of towels in the room. Overall, it was OK, but not a four star. I don't think guess should have to pay to park a car.”

“Normally I do not respond to surveys but I feel compelled to since you asked. I am very familiar with this hotel. I am a Starwood member plus I live in the area where the hotel is located. This hotel has gone down hill. It started off bad when we waited thirty minutes for Valet. No one every came so we proceeded to use the self parking. The parking attendant informed us that it was only one person working valet but it would be $10.00 for overnight guess to park (which that's not true, they ended up charging us $14.00). Then when we got into my husband went to get your room and the lady would not check him in because the reservation was in my name. She gave him our Starwood card so she could have verified that it was indeed my husband. (I didn't have an issue with that but she was rude to him and her name tag said supervisor). She asked me for my drivers license but never asked me for a credit card for incidental. We get in our room at 11:45. Room service is supposed to stay open until midnight but they were closed. I was coughing and needed water badly so my husband had to go and hunt me down a bottle of water. (A four star hotel should have a bottle of water even if it's for sale). I go into the bathroom to get some tape water and they only have plastic cups. (Again in a four star hotel). My husband and I both started coughing severely. We look up to at the vents and they had so much dust on them that they couldn't possibly have been wiped down this year. The next morning we wanted to eat breakfast in bed. Call room service at 9 a.m. and the young lady said that she would have to call us back. She calls us back at 9:45 a.m. It takes an hour to get the breakfast and the order was wrong plus she had to take my credit card because the front desk supervisor never took a card for incidentals. However, I could not get mad at the room service girl because she was the only one working as well. She was answering.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was easy to get. We were worried about the aircraft noise because it was near the airport. That was not the problem. The noise from the hallway was horrible. You could hear every sound of people walking and talking. We did not sleep well due to this. Even the porters made noise by letting the doors slam.”

“This was a great location, close to the airport. Convenient to the freeway. Staff was great. The place was clean and the rooms were nice. Shuttle was available.”
