• Location, view rooms.
• Hotel seemed unprepared and kept apologizing for everything which indicated less than optimal service.

“ Customer service was less than expected compared to other 5 star rating hotels I have experienced. From initial check-in onwards, I was left with the feeling that they were trying to catch up to make things better, versus allowing the customer to feel welcomed and cared for. ”

• Beautiful, great location, great energy.
• Service! Unacceptable to wait 20 min - 45 min

“They need to bring their front desk and bell desk up to the standards in the rest of the hotel. Wynn & Bellagio shine over the experience, which is too bad. They also tried to charge a $19/day "resort fee" for Internet
and spa access, which I did not need and it was not listed on your pricing. They did remove it.”

“Hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The only frustrating aspect was air vent in the room itself (above closet door) that runs non-stop and is loud. Can't turn it off or down. Because of that, I could not get a good night's sleep.”

• Great combination of location and amenities!
• There was not much space for personal items in the fridge. We did not touch any of the drinks or snacks for fear that we would get charged!

• Palazzo was beautifully decorated and even more enjoyable with the access to the Venetian. Food and all service was excellent.
• Wished it had a coffee pot in room service at pool was a bit slow.

• It is luxurious, beautiful and very clean.
• There was no buffet to eat at for breakfast. Had to go to the Wynn to eat.

“My husband and I spent the weekend at the Palazzo and we were extremely pleased with our stay. The room was beautiful and clean, which is an important factor for us. We will definitely stay at this lovely hotel again.”

• Classy decor, friendly staff, quick service, and clean.
• Furnishings were slightly worn.

“Love the classy, modern decor. The staff is always friendly and helpful - however, during peak times the concierge wait can be over 15 minutes. Otherwise, service is attentive to detail and housekeeping does a good job in maintaining cleanliness. Even though there is a lively casino attached, for some reason the noise level was never bothersome.”

• New, well operated, beautiful building, convenient to entertainment, wide variety of dining options.
• Expensive restaurants.

“The Palazzo was all you expected of a 4/5 star hotel on the strip in Vegas. It was beautiful, had nice rooms, close to attractions, close to other casinos and had a wide variety of choices and comfortable, quiet romantic rooms. The help was very courteous and friendly. Upon checking out, I was asked 4 times by four different people how I enjoyed my stay. My only criticism is that the restaurants, even the light dining or casual ones, were very expensive.”

• Great room, great restaurants, great location and free parking.
• Didn't like that the internet connection was an extra fee.

“Probably one of the most high end hotels on the strip. Rooms are large and well furnished with three flat screens. Washroom was also spacious and luxurious, with double sink, both a tub and shower, and separate room for the toilet.”

• The beauty of the rooms and the attention to detail was superior.
• No in-room coffee machine.

“Beautiful room in a great hotel that was centrally located in the Vegas strip. The marble bathrooms and 3 flat screen TVs were a big hit with the kids. Great selection of restaurants to choose from. Even though we didn't hit the tables, there was plenty to keep us amused.”

• Room suites were spacious and bright.
• Took 45 min. to get our bags.

“Spacious, light, elegant. Nice variety of food and entertainment (Dos Caminos, Rest. Charlie, Sportsbook, Lavo). Casino not loud, dark or noisy and not too smoky. Many pool options.”

• The room was big and clean and very fancy.

“My wife and I stayed here on our 5 year anniversary after it was recommended by a friend. The staff was very nice. The room was ultra clean and very well laid out. The bed was comfortable, and the room overall was very big and fancy. We loved our stay, and will definitely come back again!”

• Nice size room and great location.
• Staff was horrible, zero Customer Service, lines way too long at the desk considering I paid for the top suite and I wanted the service.

“No Customer Service, staff was not good, weak Casino service, room service was not good and mini bar was over priced.”
