• Clean, good condition, comfy beds, and luxurious feeling.
• Having to pay for parking by the day.

“We loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others. My 21-yo wanted to stay an extra night just to enjoy the hotel! No one warned us about having to pay 4.50 per day for parking though. Overall, very pleased with both the hotel and the Priceline deal.”

• Changing our accommodations from two to three people was no problem at all. Our room was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need.

“We were only in town for one night, but I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rochester. Wish we had stayed longer! Next time I have business in Rochester, I may make an excuse to stay an extra night just for fun. The room was large and had a ton of closet and drawer space.”

• Free internet.
• The people at the front desk were not very friendly to really anyone who came in during various times I was near the front desk.

• Long way to the room, long hallways, and poor parking.

• Very nice interior, parking garage reasonable rates.
• No shuttle to locations.

“Very nice and clean room. Service was a bit questionable (bad attitude & no shuttle service) but overall it was a nice stay. Due to no shuttle service I may look to stay closer to Downtown next time.”

“This hotel was not a very good place to stay. The carpets were drenched with water that they didn't fix, we asked for towels from the pool area and they complained, and the staff was not the friendliest.”

• Fee to park, but was more reasonable than most hotels.
