• The attractiveness of the room, the comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful staff on desk and housekeeping.

“Location is downtown, easy to go out at night. The staff were friendly, and went out of their way when asked for help. The suite is laid out well, attractive and roomy. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Large bathroom and well lit. Loved the room.”

• The room was very nice, spacious and
  clean.
• The fact that there were was no room service and was very loud.

“The hotel was clean, did not enjoy the noise of other hotel patrons and when brought to the attention of the hotel staff they showed no remorse for this. The hotel also did not have room service we had to order from a restaurant that was next door and go and pick it up.”

• I liked the fact that all rooms were suites, great furniture and the free continental breakfast was great, better than ever had at any other hotel.
• Did not like the fact you have to pay for parking.

“This was a great stay for 2 nights, wish we would have stayed longer. Will be back for another visit and have already recommend to others. Sat night their parking lot was full and I was angered that since I had to pay I should have been guaranteed a spot for my complete stay. I had to go out of the lot and drive around back in, went to the front desk and they were able to squeeze me onto the sidewalk near the main door, it was raining so it worked for us!”

• Hotel was beautiful, our room was amazing, and my 9yr old son was super excited with the fact that he could watch TV no matter where he was in the room.

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate, pool was clean. Will definitely visit again.”

• Beautiful, new, modern hotel. Great staff. Luxurious!

“This is a beautiful new hotel in the heart of downtown, Main Street, Moncton. Gorgeous, modern rooms with full kitchens in every room. Awesome! I traveled with my husband and 2 kids ages 14 and 11 and we all fit comfortably and had a great time. The staff is awesome and were more than willing to help as well as give us a 2:00 pm late check-out so we could enjoy our stay just a little bit longer. I would recommend this hotel and Priceline to everyone and anyone! Great hot breakfast every morning!”

“Nice hotel except its the only hotel in downtown Moncton that charges for parking. Remember to add $10 a day to your bill and if the deals still good then take it.”

• Simply wow. Large room (2 1/2). Soft bedsheets, comfy pillows, good mattress. Little lounge with free popcorns. Fully equiped kitchen (+ dishwasher).
• $10/day parking fees.

“This is so far the best hotel I have stayed with a priceline three star rating. This hotel deserves more stars IMO. Their rooms are simply amazing. Large room, equiped with a kitchen, amazing shower with stronger water pressure than most hotels, great bed, nice little lounge, flat screen tv on a turn table (allows you to watch tv either in the kitchen, lounge or on your bed), little dining table, desk with leather chair, etc. They do make you feel at home. Plus, best continental breakfast so far. I did notice that they serve more variety during week day than week ends. Only catch, the parking fee. But I can live with that.”

  I was impressed with the rooms.

“This will now be the Hotel of my choice on all my business travels. The rooms are the best I have been in in this price range. Though I did not use the kitchen it was a real plus for anyone traveling with a family. Make sure to check them out and add them to the top of your list. Thanks for a wonderful stay.”

• Excellent customer service/friendly staff/beautiful rooms.
• Elevators closed too quickly.

“We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms were amazing. The staff was phenomenal. A few things we noticed that could use some improvement, sidewalks were icy outside hotel, elevators closed very quickly and only a couple of luggage carts available. Hotel was quick to get staff to help customers with their luggage when possible but many people did without. However, none of these concerns would stop me from using this hotel as it was a beautiful hotel with amazing staff which made up for any shortcomings.”
