• It is bright and well appointed.
• Location.

“Nice convention hotel. Too far from central business district. Morning hours restaurant service is inconsistent. Does not open on time and service is slow. Need complimentary early am. coffee service.”

• The staff was fantastic! The hotel was comfortable and very nice looking, close to a lot!

“I thought the hotel staff was absolutely wonderful! Not once did we encounter a grumpy staff person, they were always smiling and friendly. They really seemed happy to have you there! The hotel was gorgeous and we were able to walk to the Inner Harbor with a 5 and 7 year old but we did take a cab ride back! Too much for the 5 year old! I would definitely stay at this hotel and most definitely use priceline!”

• This was one of the cleanest hotels I have every stayed in with very courteous/helpful staff.

• Very clean and the staff was very helpful and polite.
• Was a non smoking facility and we were not given the option of a King size bed as opposed to a double.

• The hotel was in a great location and the staff was great. We enjoyed the pool and fabulous workout facility. The hotel's food was great.

“Our family went to Baltimore and really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The hotel was new, clean, and nicely decorated. The hotel's lobby was sleek with a great bar/lounge area. It is a close walk to the Inner Harbor. As you work out Camden Yards is right in front of you. Camden Yards is just a few yards away. The convention center is right there and ideal for business travelers. The work facility is top notch and the large lap pool and hot tub are great. We enjoyed both. Our son enjoyed the indoor pool. We ate several meals at the hotel and enjoyed them all. Great place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Loved the comforter on the bed, it was extremely comfortable.
• The carpet in the hallways - somewhat retro look
