“Two complaints:1 - Pre-ordered breakfast from room service for a specific time; it arrived 20 minutes late. On the good side, they brought up more food than I had requested, but only charged me for the original order.2 - Hotel parking at $16/night is higher than normal forthe area - and if you use your car to park downtown, then you'll end up paying even more parking fees (anywhere between $5-$10).”

“Staff was friendly and helpful, but there was not a single complimentary amenity. Also, there was no place in the room to store clothes, no closet, very little drawer space.”

“I was very pleased to know the staff is very gay friendly, when my friend and I registered at the lobby we had requested two beds and the girl at the front desk asked if we wanted to change to one bed. Though we are only friends, i was impressed she made that offered. I will look forward staying in that hotel with my boyfriend!”

“Parking is overpriced, their is no free breakfast or happy hour unless you are in an upgraded room, rooms are rundown. Even inexpensive hotels have free breakfast! If you want anything to eat at this hotel you have to visit the restaurant or the gift shop that stays locked even during operational hours. Forget the elevator in the parking garage you may never get out it is scary!”

“Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel was beautiful, but the rooms were not as spacious as I would've hoped for such a great hotel.”

“Excellent staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly, much better than the Radisson we stayed at last time in Austin.”

“Very nice and clean. Upscale decor and amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was surprised about paying for parking at $15.00 per day. Thought that was really steep!”

“Good location for downtown are, but requires cab since majority of attractions are 4th-6th street. Unless the Capitol is focus which is within a couple of blocks. Very small room for the price. Thin walls, could hear snorer in next room like he was in our room. Cleaning time inconsistent, once at 10 am., another day at 5:00 pm. Valet $25 a night, little pricey, But, they were prompt and friendly.”

“Valet staff great. Parking over priced. Pool not clean. No hot water in the mans locker room. Not enough towels in rooms. Awesome hot tub!”

“It was clean and the staff was friendly it lacked in room amenities: no hair dryer; coffee makers. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable and noisy; through the venting system we could hear the person in the next room as clear as day, not much fun at 5:45am. On the good side the weight room and cardio room was very nice, very clean.”

“Overall the experience here was nice, however, when I reserved 2 rooms there were to be 4 people with me. When I arrived, the rooms were not ready and they informed me that they did not have 2 rooms available, so they were going to put me in a 2 room suite. But when my friends and I arrived to our room, it was a single room with 2 double beds. Luckily, one of my friends dropped out of the trip and that was all we needed, but the room was small and we were very cramped. Other than that, the rest of the hotel was very lovely and the staff was very helpful with all of our stuff and locating certain spots of interest for us.”

“Nice hotel with clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The conscious level was not open for an upgrade and the hotel parking was very expensive.”

“Downtown. Close to UT Austin. Very clean room. We found the rate a bit more pricey than we would have liked, particularly once you add the extras fees, such as parking garage fee and internet service.” Hotel Representatives:
