James from Murray,KY “Promised a room with two beds but first night was put in a room with one. Brought in a bed that was good but no room to even hang clothes in closet. Put us in a nice room with 2 beds the second night of our stay.”

“Hotel was nice, nothing special. Attached to waterpark so lots of families. Elevators were horrible and a long walk from lobby. Only three elevators, one was shut down and the other two ought to have been. Very slow.”

“Hotel was supposed to be smoke free, room was smoky, they offered to move me, but I was too tired, and it took forever to walk through the hotel to the elevators & I was on the 6th floor, so I didn't want to have to go all the way to the lobby and back up again to get another room. Carpets are worn & stained in this hotel, and needs some painting. Things look worn. Pool did not appear to have water in it!”

“Nice high rise hotel on the North side of Cincinnati with a Coco Keys indoor water park. Looks like the area is a bit outdated. The streets are not well marked once you take the exit from the highway - but the hotel is tall enough that you can see it from the highway.”

“It was nice for just one night stay, however our room (maybe because it was a corner room) was small with a small bathroom. I did not really like opening the door and the bed being right there. It might have been better if it were off to the side just a little - but then it might have been too close to the window”

“Room was old, rooms on interstate side are noisy, carpet in halls was dirty.”

“Air conditioner was broken, instead of putting us in another room they had us sit with maintenance in our room for an hour and when they decided they couldn't fix it then they moved us to another room. The next room we moved into still had hair products in the bathroom and it was obvious that they had not thourghly cleaned it. NO towels in the pool area, went to the front desk and advised them of the problem. 45 minutes later they brought towels.”

“Hotel was nice, however, it is no frills. No free wi-fi, no free telephone calls, no microwave, no mini fridge and no continental breakfast. For business, if you don't mind paying extra for wi-fi and telephone expenses, it was great. If you are traveling with a family, stay somewhere else. There are other hotels with complimentary wi-fi, telephone services, and continental breakfast for the same price.”

“Room was nice, common areas were impeccable, staff was super friendly. It was very nice to have them call to welcome me to the hotel after we checked in.”

“The hotel was conveniently located near highways but not near places to eat and do things for entertainment. There were no brochures or menus for nearby things to do or restaurants to order from in the room. No fridge in the room and it cost extra to have one put in the room. No continental breakfast. For the price I paid on priceline however it was perfect for our needs.” Hotel Representatives:
