• Proximity to convention center.

• Beautiful contemporary design, brand new, and perfectly clean.
• Did not like the restaurant, music loud and the TV blaring even in the early morning.

“Located one block from the new Contemporary Art Museum and a great restaurant. Salvatore's. This waterfront location is just across the bridge from downtown Boston. This area of Boston is an up and coming contemporary district with a lot of local flavor and bars. Hotel is great, fabulous public area, great room, beautiful bedding, and friendly staff.”

• It was recently built.
• They wouldn't allow us to trade the two double beds for a king size bed.

• Comfortable beds. Great deal with Priceline.
• A little off the beaten path. But not unworkable.

• Taxis pull right up, staff willing to accommodate, clean, great bedding, and Starbucks.
• Parking rates.

“This hotel met all expectations. It was clean and had everything we needed. Big TV, I-pod docking station, refrigerator, nice bedding were all added bonuses. The Starbucks in the lobby was great! Besides the Boston location I would not pay the regular rate of $279 for this room. It was great but there was nothing to make it above and beyond.”

• I love the buffet breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast.
• Parking was high at $41 per day.

“Great decor, amenities and service. My husband and I used the extensive gym every day and then enjoyed a great buffet breakfast. We had to then go by car into the heart of the city which is not far but not easy given the one way streets and lights. Bedrooms are not large but so comfortable.”

• Valet parking outrageous at $41, although only $4 more than self park.

• Very new and clean with excellent service.
• Very expensive room service. Eg if we ate breakfast we calculated the cost for 2 at over $90.

• The staff was helpful and the hotel restaurant staff were a delight.( Bernadette) was our motivation to eat in the hotel restaurant.

• Took forever to check in. Porters were overly eager, bordering on pushy.
