• Great facility, rooms and amenities.
• Very average service, especially for a 5-star hotel.

“Overall this was a great resort with great attractions, rooms, pool, amenities and all of the things you would expect at a Las Vegas resort and more. However, the service was far from what I have experienced at other 5-Star resorts. Very few employees wanted to go out of their way to ensure that your stay was as great of an experience as possible.”

• The hotel was awesome. The accomodation was first class, great views, comforatble bed and super bathroom. The facilities in the hotel are top class.
• Everthing extra is expensive - drinks, you have to pay to use the gym, internet etc...

“The hotel was awesome, the rooms top class...everything you'd expect. The pool was quality and didn't seem busy due to the sheer size of it!! Down side...everything in the hotel is expensive (well OTT) e.g. $17 dollars for 2 soft drinks!! Also you ahve to pay for the internet in your room, plus other facilities like the gym. Also no coffee maker in your room, but hey i guess when you have that much money to pay full price these things aren't an issue!!”

• The room 60th floor was
  amazing.
• The food we ate at Strata restaurant made me and my GF sick for days after.

• Room and decor were fabulous. Definitely 5 star hotel quality.
• The hotel made us wait till after 4:00 pm for our rooms. Customer was
  service mediocre.

• Hotel was beautiful but noisy.
• No housekeeping came to our room, pool had no chairs, loud music from outside heard in room, security not helpful.

“The property was beautiful. Our room was noisy we had no housekeeping even though I called them. When we went to the pool there were not enough chairs. Looks good but have had better service at holiday inn!”

• Common areas were very upscale and clean.
• Casino was small in comparison with others & far away from other places on the strip.

“Overall I would stay at the hotel again, but I would rather stay at the bellagio or ceases if I had a choice. The wynn is a very nice hotel, but it is a little to far away from the central area of the strip and the casino area was small in comparison to others. Restaurants were excellent and definitely some of the best on the strip. Pool was nice, but to small for the size of the complex. In order to get a lawn chair at 9 am you would need to purchase a cabana or a table.”

“The hotel facility was extremely good but I was disappointed with a few things:
We reserved a non-smoking room. When we got there are 6:00 pm, they were out of the non-smoking room and had us stay at a smoking room.
We reserved a double bed room which they did not have when we got there. They mentioned they can provide a roll-in bed. We had to call them 3 times while in Vegas to get the bed.”

• Security was always present, safe environment.
• Decor of rooms, horrible soundproofing, club and street noise all night.

“I was traveling for half business/half pleasure with my family joining me for a few days. The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful, however, the resort rooms have horrendous decor and many problems. Burnt orange wallpaper and rainbow adorned furnishings and linens made it look like a circus. It was hard to swallow for the first couple of days and then we learned to live with it. The worst part about this place is the sound proofing. We were in a resort room on the 15th floor but we were still rocked by the perpetual sub woofer pulse of the outdoor nightclub below all night long. That just simply complimented all the noise from the airplanes that fly directly above the hotel (trust me, you'll notice) and the sirens/ambulances and happenings of the strip below.”

• The rooms were gorgeous, the nicest I've ever stayed in!

“This hotel is wonderful. Rooms are large and luxurious. The bathrooms are huge and I loved the big tub. The spa/fitness facilities are top notch as well as the dining options. Though I didn't utilize the pool, it was gorgeous!”
