• Staff very friendly and helpful. Valet gave us water even though didn't valet park.

• They validated the tollway fee into the airport. Parking was very convenient.
• It is located within the airport complex so it is away from shopping or other conveniences.

“I would definitely use this hotel again if I were traveling within the DFW airport.”

• I received a "wake-up" knock at my door, then staff attempted to open the door and announce they were there at my request, but I didn't ask for it.

“Hotel was very clean and modern. I had young children who wanted to watch tv, but were disappointed to find that no "free" channel listing was provided. Finally, one of them selected a number to enter into the remote, which happened to be a suitable channel for them to watch. The bed and pillows were heavenly. I have a really bad back, but felt quite comfortable and refreshed after sleeping there. The furnishing exceeded my expectations and I was quite happy with the room.”

• Very convenient & comfortable.
• Food was very expensive.

“Contemporarily appointed, very well-kept & convenient to DFW Airport. This is a great place to stay for those needing to be close to the airport. The rooms are spacious & well-decorated, the bar is nice, with good ambiance but the wines list is limited. The staff is attentive & works to make their guests comfortable.”

• Very nice layout of the room and super comfy bed.
• Very unattractive view from my room.

“Staff was fantastic - incredibly helpful and service far surpassed my expectations of a 3 star hotel. The hotel is within minutes of the airport - which makes it perfect for business travelers and layovers, but not so nice for leisure travelers. Ugly concrete parking lots and buildings were the view from my room with moderate plane noise.”

• Amenities were excellent, and service was very good.
• Toll booth access.

“Location was short distance from most of my travels in the area, didn't have time to use the pool but we wanted too, restaurant prices were a bit on the high side compared to what you found in the outer area's service was very good, friendly staff, and very helpful.”
