• I loved the ambience of the hotel. Very elegant.
• Parking was inconvenient, however the valet was great but costly.

• The room was clean and nicely appointed.

“I was extremely happy with my short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will use this hotel again if I return to Providence. I only had one meal (breakfast) and my wife and I were very happy with the quality of the food. My breakfast was actually properly prepared when I received it. All to often the eggs or toast is cold.”

• The people were very nice, room was great. Loved everything!
• No small towels in the room.

“My husband and I got away for the weekend, without the kids. So I was really hoping to have a great time. Bed was great with all the pillows. Hotel staff was very polite and eager to please. I cant wait to go again. Great location in Rhode Island. We went to the Waterfire and had a great time. Hotel was only one block away. Can't wait for next year.”

• The decor was upscale and modern, beautiful hotel!
• The maid forgot to change our towels but once we let them know they resolved it.

“This hotel is well worth the star level and worth more than the deal price we paid. We would definitely come back as long as we can afford to. The only thing was there is no pool but who can complain the rest of the hotel was luxurious.”

• Room service dinner was excellent, super clean hotel, and great location.
• Overnight on-street parking may get you a ticket. I got one ($20).

“Two queen beds instead of two double beds was super. Room service dinner was so good I ordered twice. Great location too.”

• Very clean and well-appointed.
• $11 for Internet connection!

“Beautiful hotel across the street from the State Capitol, in walking distance to all of downtown Providence. Extras - parking, Internet connection, movies, unduly expensive. No pool. But, very capacious and comfortable room, well kept, and helpful staff.”

• They upgraded us because it was our wedding.
• Everything was perfect..

• They happily changed our room from 2 beds to a king. It was truly the most beautiful room I've ever stayed in with an unbelievable view.
• There wasn't anything to dislike.

“The hotel was beautiful and luxurious. I felt like I was living in a movie. I could not believe how gorgeous our room was and the view was truly breathtaking. It was of the RI State House which is light up at night. Amazing!”

• Unique building, neat ambiance.
• The parking situation is tough. The options were expensive.

“This is a wonderful hotel. The only downside is the lack of adequate parking. We needed quick access to our car, so we did not have time to deal with a valet. The staff were friendly and professional. The building itself was originally a Masonic Temple so there are a lot of very cool architectural features. The design of the hotel & rooms are great. It was a fun & comfortable stay. I highly recommend it.”

“Close to the state house and Amtrak Station in Providence, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Besides the fact that it was clean and well presented, the hotel staff was very friendly and helped me with all of my needs.”
