“This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The Priceline price was amazing for what we got. The rooms were very nice, the staff was very friendly, and the location to downtown Denver was great.”

“Beautiful views and lobby and a very well equipped 24 hour gym. Also a 24 hour gift shop with coffee and snacks in lobby.”

“Our room was not available for check in when we arrived shortly after 3:00 p.m. We were tired from travelling and found this incredibly inconvenient as we sat idly for over 30 minutes in the lobby waiting for our room- the front desk staff took our cell phone number to call us when the room was ready- yet they failed to call. Finally we returned to the desk and only then were we informed the room was ready. The room was very small- and the bathroom was unbelievably tiny! Not sure if maintenence is keeping up with their job as the carpet looked worn, the lampshade had writing on it, and the remote for the television barely functioned. We had an issue which involved Security at this hotel and found them to be less than accomodating. The staff members are required to ask how they can assist you, but fall short when you *actually* make a request. Disappointing.”

“Great hotel, but don't rely on it for dining. Enjoy one of the great restaurants nearby. Parking was $28/night which seemed hefty considering that they have a full parking garage and that valet was not always available. Beautiful facility, great room with clean, spacious amenities.”

“Very nice, clean, centrally located downtown, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff helpful and prompt with requests. In hotel restaurant and coffee shop. Parking at hotel and downtown additional expense.”

“Hotel was nice with great furnishings, rooms seemed a little small with minimal luxury, LCD TV but the was more suited to an office than a bed room, bathroom had modern fixtures but they didn't seem to work all that great.”

“Because we were not able to select king bed upon booking this room we spent our 28th anniversary evening in two double beds. At check in they told me that they could not change my room because they didn't have any other king rooms - a bit disappointing.”

“Nice room, super comfortable bed. However, the staff at this hotel was not very friendly or very well informed as to the area. Parking charges were astronomical. Although I have to wonder, when we exited the parking garage, it asked for us to scan our key. Too bad we were made to turn it in at checkout (yes, we specifically asked about procedures for the garage at checkout). When I called back to inquire, the front desk staff was unsure why we would need our key to leave the garage or how much parking charges should have been.”
