“I recommend staying here if used as a hotel only. It was very convenient to the convention I attended and the show was fun.”

“Room was great with lots of space, not much room for clothes if you had more than 2 persons. Other than that we really enjoyed having large spacious bathroom for more than 2 persons. Also, the promo was great.”

“I was very disappointed with our stay at Planet Hollywood considering the cost of the room and its 4 star rating. When checking in (myself, husband & 3 children) we were advised that we could not get a room with 2 beds. The only thing they offered us was a room with one king bed. We were told we could call housekeeping and request extra pillows and blankets for the children to sleep on the floor! The first room we were given was not clean, the bed was a mess, and it was obvious the tables had not been wiped down. The hotel moved us to another room (with one king bed). This room was clean. The bathroom had a tub and separate shower with a clear door on it and to get to the toilet you had to go through the main bath. The bathroom doors did not have a lock on them therefore, anyone could walk in at anytime. Having 7 year old boys and a 2 year old baby, it was not the ideal situation since my 2 year old consistently opened and closed the doors and my boys couldn't use the toilet if I was showering. I am curious to know how the baths are set up in rooms with 2 beds. Overall, the hotel is nice, but was very inconvenient for us.”

“The room was spacious and clean but the lighting was a little dark. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big with a shower and tub with a separate toilet room. A lock on the main bathroom door would've been nice. Although the air conditioner was on, the room felt warm at times. The hotel restaurants were great. The buffet had a variety of food and a huge dessert bar. Hotel and restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. Although there were plenty of parking, walking through the mall to get to and from the parking lot was a little annoying.”

“Hotel is nicely redone. Long waits at the check in and check out with only 3 persons working. Also 3 persons at club check in with no line. Extra fee charged called a resort fee. It is rated as a number 4 and not a resort. Roof top pool area is

“Although the hotel was conveniently located on the strip, the layout of the hotel itself was very inconvenient. The self parking structure was way at the opposite end of the entrance to the hotel. So we had to lug our luggage from one end to the other. In addition, it was sort of difficult to locate the self parking structure because it was located in the back. The staff was friendly. The room was below expectations. The room was not very well light and made the room look very dingy. In general, the room appeared clean but upon removing some of the literature from the bed, we noticed that the breakfast menu sitting on top of the bed was used! The menu was marked up by a prior guest with their breakfast selection. The must have been the worst turn off. Makes you think "what else is reused and not clean?" I thought the towels were sort of dingy as well. They were a faded purple. In general, it made us a bit disguised because of the used menu and the towels. Upon using the restroom, we also noticed the frames on the doors were dirty as well. I think I can honestly say we would not want to stay in this hotel again.”

“This was the first time we used Priceline and the room we were given far exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. The casual dining facility had very good food and was reasonably priced.”
