• Comfort.

• Ambiance and Decor.
• Baseboard trim was very dusty and hadn't been cleaned.

“Great hotel, comfortable bed and linens, nice ambiance. Only negative was that the cords to lights and alarm clock were pulled out and there was no way I could reach behind bed to plug in alarm clock. That is when I saw how dirty and dusty the baseboard woodwork was. The room was clean other than the baseboard woodwork.”

• Location was convenient.
• Was not managed well, nor was it's setup sufficient for it's size.

“I travel often, and I can honestly say that I have never been so dissapointed with a hotel. It's star rating should be lowered and travelers should steer clear. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm, and were not in our room until 12:15am. We could hear every single person in the pool from our bed. The charging for parking was absurd and unnecessary. Do not stay in this hotel.”

• The van driver.
• Spa, pool, AC in rooms, elevators broken and manager was rude. Fire doors locked, hotel store closed, coffer maker spills all over, towels smelled like fuel.

“Elevators have been broken the 3 times I have stayed, the towels smelled like fuel, front desk manager (a women) would not talk about this. Just blow he off. Outside vendors come up to rooms and leave flyer's. AC in rooms have bad controls. Outside doors to staircases are locked, so can't get up to rooms.”

• It had a small shopping center inside for travelers to shop.
• Valet staff were extremely rude! Front desk talks more than work. Housekeeping took 3 hours for a roller bed request.

“The staff was extremely rude! (Specially valet ). They also charge you for parking even if you are not leaving your car to be valet.”

• That we only stayed two nights.
• Everything else, room dark, dusty, hair in bed, no fridge, only paid parking.

“We expected more! The room was very dark, dusty, we found more than once hair (not ours!) in bed. You have to use valet parking ($12/day) or self park for $7 although there was plenty of space for self parking. If you planned to visit downtown and the beaches. It was situated at exit 72 ST, the very western end of the airport. Travel would be longer and access from Dolphin Expressway was a bit confusing at first.”
