• Excellent bedding.
• Easy to confuse entrance with attached Holiday Inn Express.

“Stayed at this hotel to break up a long drive. We arrived late and left early. Hotel was more than adequate for this purpose. Front desk staff was very friendly and the room was of excellent quality. I've been traveling a lot for business and the room was nicer than some 4* hotels I've stayed in recently. The hotel was very nice and if we needed a place to stay in Williamsport in the future, we would strongly consider.”

• Location.
• No in-room movies that were advertised. Doors closing in hall could be heard in room.

“When you decide to discontinue an advertised amenity (in room movies) all in room advertising should be removed. We bothered a housekeeper to assist in using the TV menu (she did not know that the hotel no longer offered movies) and another staff member spent time trying to figure the remote to no avail. The front desk finally called our room to tell us the hotel no longer offered in room movies.”

• Rooms were well appointed & clean.

“Lots of construction underway. I was a guest at this property nearly a year ago and it was under construction then, too. Progress was evident and when complete the facility will be the best in the area. Front desk staff needs training. I booked 3 rooms and requested they be in located together - we were in separate buildings. My parents room was on the 3rd floor and their elevator was broken the morning they checked out. We waited 20 minutes for assistance with luggage and my Dad (70 years of age) and I carried bags down 3 flights. Overall, a good value and a nice property.”

• Nice room, friendly staff.
• Dirty mirror, dirt on the edges of room.

“The room was nice for the price but after we checked in, the door would not lock, lots of renovation going on so the hallway, fixtures were disconnected. The mirror in the room was filthy but they did clean it after the first night. The edge of the carpet was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed.”

• The updates to the room were wonderful. Very attractive and comfortable!
• They were under construction and the hallways had boxes in them and were dirty. The pool was under construction too.

“Once it is completely renovated, it will be a wonderful place to stay! We have family in Williamsport and stay there often. This is the nicest place we've stayed and will definitely return!”

• I loved everything about this hotel - from the moment of arrival to departure. Great front of house staff.
• Complimentary continental breakfast would have been nice.

“I only stayed in the hotel for one night but would have been happy to stay longer. All the staff we met were friendly and very helpful. Even the guests we met were friendly and smiling. The room was big, very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.”

  route 15 & excellent selection of in room dining meals.
• Construction going on and Interefered with entering hotel and parking area.

• Very good customer service.
• They were renovating and beds were too soft.

“I realize I got a great price with Priceline for the 3 star hotel, but because they were renovating it did not have the comfort or the view I would have preferred. They were in the process of building a hotel next door. The beds as I said before, were too, soft. The staff, however, was very proficiency and nice.”

• The staff was very helpful with directions in and around town.

“I stayed in this hotel on a Friday and Saturday night. The only real problem was involving wedding parties. I was a paying guest and could not find a parking space when I went out for supper. The noise level could be heard up on the 4th floor until about 10PM.”

• Check out clerk was inefficient & unfriendly. I was the only one waiting, but she took at least 25 minutes to check me out.

“It was excellent. Unless my situation was isolated, that clerk should be terminated.”

• Very clean, neat, and personable staff.
• There was nothing we didn't like.

“I like cleanliness and friendly staff and this hotel excelled in those categories. Freshly baked cookies greeted us on arrival. Has indoor swimming pool and free internet service and even a pillow menu. Very nice!!”

• It was clean.
• TV remote did not work all that well. Long walk to get to elevator.

“It was a fine hotel to stay at overnight. Staff was friendly. Breakfast in restaurant was fine. Room was clean. We would stay overnight again.”

• Hotel was very clean, the room comfortable and staff was attentive to needs.
• While there was a lounge, there was no entertainment.

“My stay was an excellent experience. All the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. I truly liked the pillow menu. You have the opportunity to pick your firmness of pillows if the standard ones are not to your liking. The dining facilities were also what you would expect for this type hotel. The food was prepared well and served in a timely fashion. The bar has a good selection of drink and is not over priced. The only thing that was an inconvenience is that the kitchen closes at 10 pm.”

• It had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a deep bath tub.
• Room did not get cleaned the first night.

“Centrally located and close to the highway for travel purposes. Front desk staff very helpful in giving directions for attractions. Parking was ok but may be tight if hotel is full.”
