• Staff was polite and willing to please.
• They did not change the sheets every night.

“ Clean areas, well maintained and no bad smells. Bathroom was excellent and upgraded, granite counters and staff provided me with extra toiletries as requested. Managers and assistant managers were very helpful and provided assistance when needed. I would have preferred the comforter to have been cleaned, and clean sheets every day of the stay. Overall, I would stay again with this Holiday Inn, but only with clean sheets everyday. ”

• Location is great for Colonial Williamsburg.
• Pillows were very lumpy.

“Had it not been for very uncomfortable pillows, I would rate it extremely high. All 6 or 8 pillows on both beds were large and very lumpy, making for a bad night's sleep.”

• The room was beautiful, the beds so comfortable, and everyone was very friendly.
• The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast, but the dinner we waited very long and the food was burned.

“It is the perfect location in Williamsburg so close to everything but not on the main drag so traffic was great. It was very quite even with a amusement park 5 minutes away we thought it would be a little rowdy but the children were so well behaved, and the staff super accommodating. Will be back in August cant wait!”

• Comfortable and clean with a warmth from home.
• Nothing.

“This hotel was wonderful! The staff was super friendly and the hotel was super clean! It was a very enjoyable experience for us to stay here!”

• Clean hotel & very friendly and helpful staff.
• Rooms too dark, not bright enough light bulbs. Pillows not as comfortable as I would have liked.

“Nice, comfortable hotel in a great location! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is extremely convenient and hotel is certainly welcoming. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg, dining & shopping. Very pleased with our stay.”

“The front desk staff were exceptionally courteous, efficient, and helpful. Our room was all we would want - clean, with good quality furniture and bedding, and helpful amenities. I would definitely choose to stay there again on future visits to the area.”

• Suites!
• The beds could have been a single king sized (our preference).

“Clean, helpful staff. Our suite could have been better if equipped with a king sized bed. Reasonably convenient to historic district by car (5 minutes or less) and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Room refrigerator was a nice to have surprise.”

• It's modern style, staff courtesy and overall neatness.
• We asked for late check out as Priority Club members and the front desk did not alert housekeeping.

“My previous memories of family visits to Holiday Inn's has been completely replaced by this hotel's ability to present itself so well. From the Lobby, to the Fitness area, to the smallest detail of the comforters in our room; everything was tastefully decorated and kept very clean. The hotel staff was courteous and checked on us several times throughout our one night stay. There were no hitches in booking with this hotel. A first for my experience at a Holiday Inn!”

• The hotel was relative new. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the restaurant was excellent.
• Everything was very satisfying and exceeded our expectations for a hotel.

“This hotel was GREAT! The bathroom and room were very clean. The heating system was great. It did not blow right on the bed area like most hotels. We had an excellent stay. The only problem, we wish we had stayed longer.”

• The room accommodations were suites and very nice.
• The lounge was in the dining room. Slim selection.

“Location was very good for all that Williamsburg has to offer. Close to Bush Gardens and Water Country USA. Restaurants, Go Carts and shopping close by. Hotel was very new, clean and comfortable. Only draw back with older children, no game room but pool was open until 11:00.”

• Only had an indoor pool that was chilly.
