• The room was beautiful, the beds so comfortable, and everyone was very friendly.
• The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast, but the dinner we waited very long and the food was burned.

“It is the perfect location in Williamsburg so close to everything but not on the main drag so traffic was great. It was very quite even with a amusement park 5 minutes away we thought it would be a little rowdy but the children were so well behaved, and the staff super accommodating. Will be back in August cant wait!”

• Comfortable and clean with a warmth from home.

• Clean hotel & very friendly and helpful staff.
• Rooms too dark, not bright enough light bulbs. Pillows not as comfortable as I would have liked.

“Nice, comfortable hotel in a great location! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is extremely convenient and hotel is certainly welcoming. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg, dining & shopping. Very pleased with our stay.”

“The front desk staff were exceptionally courteous, efficient, and helpful. Our room was all we would want - clean, with good quality furniture and bedding, and helpful amenities. I would definitely choose to stay there again on future visits to the area.”

• Suites!
• The beds could have been a single king sized (our preference).

“Clean, helpful staff. Our suite could have been better if equipped with a king sized bed. Reasonably convenient to historic district by car (5 minutes or less) and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Room refrigerator was a nice to have surprise.”

• It's modern style, staff courtesy and overall neatness.
• We asked for late check out as Priority Club members and the front desk did not alert housekeeping.

“My previous memories of family visits to Holiday Inn's has been completely replaced by this hotel's ability to present itself so well. From the Lobby, to the Fitness area, to the smallest detail of the comforters in our room; everything was tastefully decorated and kept very clean. The hotel staff was courteous and checked on us several times throughout our one night stay. There were no hitches in booking with this hotel. A first for my experience at a Holiday Inn!”

• The hotel was relative new. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the restaurant was excellent.
• Everything was very satisfying and exceeded our expectations for a hotel.

“This hotel was GREAT! The bathroom and room were very clean. The heating system was great. It did not blow right on the bed area like most hotels. We had an excellent stay. The only problem, we wish we had stayed longer.”

• The room accommodations were suites and very nice.
• The lounge was in the dining room. Slim selection.

“Location was very good for all that Williamsburg has to offer. Close to Bush Gardens and Water Country USA. Restaurants, Go Carts and shopping close by. Hotel was very new, clean and comfortable. Only draw back with older children, no game room but pool was open until 11:00.”

• Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, would stay again.
• Only had an indoor pool that was chilly.

“New, clean, and great staff. Close to all attractions and dining. Suite was great, flat screens TV's were tube type and not HD, but I wasn't there to watch TV. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Nothing to complain about.”

• The decor is beautiful and modern, the staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean and new!
• I wish the pool was outdoors.

“This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were large, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely helpful and it was in a great location - we were able to take a run through Colonial Williamsburg every morning! We stayed for four nights and it was the perfect romantic getaway.”

• Everything at the hotel was great. The indoor pool was nice to relax after a long day of sight-seeing.
• We liked everything.

“We had no problems with the hotel. The room was a nice size, it was clean, and quiet. One thing we always look for is a refrigerator and microwave for left over when we go to lunch and they were there. The hotel was close to colonial Williamsburg. It was nice to not have a long drive every day. The indoor pool was nice too. It was clean and the water was a good temperature.”
