• Everything else. Service/management is awful. Dirty pools. Nasty.

“Here was our experience: Booked a room 2 months in advance. After driving 14 hours to get there my family and I were told that they had overbooked and we would have to spend half of our stay at another hotel down the street with no pool and no restaurant. No apology, basically "it is what it is". We were then told we would be 'a priority' to get our room set for the next day. Check out is at 11:00 and we still could not get into our room until 3:00. The room was hardly clean, so I have no idea what took 4 hours to do. The manager lied to our face twice. The family vacation we looked forward to was completely ruined by the ineptness of this facility. The pool and hot tubs were disgusting and we waited over an hour for someone to bring towels after we asked 3 times. This place needs to have the entire staff fired and replaced with competent people that understand customer service. Our stay was just last weekend, and I guess I should have been 'comforted' by the fact that depending which manager on duty I was to believe, either 6 or 8 families were in the same position I was. Overbooking a hotel? I travel every month of the year in my job and this has never happened before, but it seemed par for the course at this dump. ”
