  • Very close to Arch and riverfront.
  • Extremely worn and dirty furnishings, air didn't work, dirty bathroom.

“The carpet was extremely worn and had many burn holes. The furniture was extremely worn and dirty. The drapes were held closed by a clip. The air conditioner did not work. The bathroom was dirty with mold in tub. When we called about the air they did send someone up right away and he ended up bringing us a fan. We had a balcony and if we had been closer to the ground-we were on floor 28--we would have complained--the handle was broken and wouldn't lock. We were not impressed at all with this "3 star hotel".”

  • Hotel staff, room views.
  • Stairs to pool.

“Stayed on the 21st floor with a nice bed and a view that overlooked the Arch. The room was nicely redone since the change. The staff was extremely friendly. The pool on the roof was nice with great views as well.”
