• Beautiful pool and lounge area. Comfortable beds.
• Parking. Some entrances were closed off, and this make parking and backing up an issue. They also had cones across garage - like do not enter.

• It was beautiful and easy to find.
• The AC was frozen, but they fixed it.

• Nice style of the room.
• Toilet leaked, Fire alarm when off, A/C did not work either.

“This hotel was fair at best. In the right spot, but too many issues. The AC did not work the whole weekend and temperature went over 105. Not good at all.”

• I liked the decorating.
• I didn't like not be able to control the thermostat.

• This hotel was hip and very modern. Staff was very friendly.
• The rooms are very noisy; you can hear everything that goes on in the other rooms.

“The hotel in Scottsdale is a very nice option if you are in the party scene. It is located close to many clubs and restaurants and the staff is very friendly and young. If you are looking for a quite place to spend the night, this is not it; the rooms are not insulated and you can hear everything that happens next door.”

• Phone calls free, convenient to downtown Scottsdale, handy location.
• Valet parking caused very limited space for non-valet.

• The facilities for handicapped.
• That it didn't have any rooms for a smoker.

• It was a different texture from all other hotels, the staff was great and the place was very nice.
• This was a hotel for maybe a single couple, or a business traveler. Not for a family.

“Overall I was satisfied with hotel. It was very nice. The bed was wonderful and everything was clean. However, I had 2 kids with me and I felt like we were goanna break something. The pool was small and we had to park on the street.”

• The contemporary interiors are great, different then a lot of hotels in Scottsdale.
• No Jacuzzi and pool is kind of small.

“We stayed here for a girls weekend. We had a great time. Loved the hotel. It's safe, need a card key to get floors with rooms. Very modern, contemporary interiors which I loved. There are not a lot of hotels with modern design in Metro phoenix area. Room was really cool and an extra person could sleep on built in sofa space. Very clean. Everyone on the staff was great! Especially in the hotel bar/lounge. Very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend especially for someone looking for a fun hip place to stay. Great location. I will definitely be back!”

• Great modern look. Really beautiful, contemporary interiors. Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating.
• No Jacuzzi and pool is a little small.

“I loved this hotel. I went with some girlfriends over memorial weekend and we had a great time. It's a very cool, contemporary and modern hotel. There are few of these in the valley. It's in a great location, very close to restaurants, bars, shopping. Rooms have really cool interiors. Very clean. Staff was great. He was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. Especially for anyone looking for a young hip place to stay. I will definitely be back. My only complaint is that there was no Jacuzzi, which doesn't matter at all in the summer in Arizona of course.”

• Staff tried to make the visit feel upscale.
• Air conditioner went out on me but they moved me.

“Everything was fine except for the A/C going out and having to move to another room. They moved me quickly and offered a free drink for my trouble. Thanks.”

“Very upscale in style; contemporary decor that was very tied together down to the minute detail. Rooms were very comfortable and lobby was unique. Price was outstanding for such a great hotel!”

• It was very hip and modern.
• No patios/balconies off the rooms.

“This hotel was awesome from the moment we drove up and a valet opened our doors. The atmosphere was hip, the decor was modern. I didn't even mind that it was a non-smoking hotel (I am a smoker). It was just awesome.”
