• Received complimentary all you can eat breakfast everyday. Great for starting our day!
• Sheets were not changed daily.

• Good Location. Bed was very comfortable.
• Carpets in rooms needed cleaning.

“Hotel was conveniently located to Seaworld. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area looked like it hadn't been cleaned up in a day or two. Carpets in rooms needed cleaning. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied each day.”

• Location was great.
• Did not get the room we wanted.

“The hotel was very nice and in an excellent location. We requested a smoking room with two queen beds, instead got a smoking room with a king bed and pull out couch. Since there were 3 adults and one child, this was a little inconvenient. Staff was wonderful and cleanliness was good.”

• The hotel's breakfast buffet and the staff managing were excellent!

“The hotel was great. The service was excellent. I really enjoyed coming down to buffet that included an assortment foods, not just sweet rolls. The room was clean and nicely scented. There was a newspaper at my door every morning I was there. The whirlpool and sauna were well kept.”

• Security guard outside at night.
• Small room, no kitchen.

“The location was fine, we were a little disappointed in the room. The room was small. We thought it was pretty bad having the coffee pot in the bathroom. Pool hours stopped at 10pm. Why not longer, there was not a lifeguard on duty. On our checkout day I mentioned the room size to the front desk she did not say much. Also I mentioned that the room across from us and next to us were very noisy. I read in the bathroom that if we were not completely satisfied with any night of stay.”

• The location was easy to get to and was within walking distance of a cinema, Benignant and TX. Road House.
• I do not like indoor pools, however there was an outside deck right off the pool area, so this was nice.

“The hotel was clean, comfortable and close to Sea world and other attractions. Breakfast was very adequate, with small omelets, sweet rolls, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. It was a great place for families, you can walk to the cinema next door (or let you teenagers go by themselves!). You can also walk to Benignant and Texas Roadhouse.”

• Pool area was great, close to Sea World, nice breakfast buffet.

“The hotel was great. We had a suite which as more like an extra large room with a small fridge and microwave. The room had two queen beds plush a sofa bed with more than enough room to spare. It was very comfortable for our family of five including three active boys. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus. Overall, our stay was very nice.”
