• Friendly of staff.
• Unavailable handicap room with a roll in shower.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and neat. We were pleased that the room had 2 queen size beds, and the bathroom was large for wheelchair turn around, and had hand rails. Disappointed the room did not have a roll in shower.”

• Good value, nice breakfast.
• Cramped room, noisy guests.

“Overall, this was great value for money. The room was clean, the staff members were friendly, and the breakfast was superior to that of similar rated hotels. My only complaints - the room was packed with furniture, which left us with very little room to set up our daughter's pack-n-play crib. Also, we were unfortunate enough to be given a room across the hall from the elevator, and a few guests thought that it was a good idea to chat (loudly) outside our room for a few minutes at 2 a.m.”

• Overall the hotel was great. I liked the pool and hot tub.

“The room and lobby area was clean and it is close to shopping and Ski Resort with all kinds of restaurants close by.”

• Quiet considering the proximity to the major highways!
• Maintenance needs to work up a punch list on the rooms.

“Nice place and good location to the ATV trails that we wanted to visit in the area. Would like the hotel services to offer general directions the Hatfield/McCoy Trail System.”

• Rooms very quiet considering location.

“Even though there was a firemen's convention going on, especially on our floor, it was amazingly quiet. We enjoyed our brief stay. Would definitely stay again.”
