• Close to the airport, downtown and beaches.

“The hotel was close to the expressway and the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. The shower was spacious and comfortable. The furniture was nice and the bed was comfortable. Room was cleaned daily.”

“I liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone passing through Charleston. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Charleston but it was worth it to come back and feel comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped us figure out local places to eat.”

• The carpet was nice enough that I actually took off my shoes and walked around in the room barefoot!

“I was surprised at the quality of this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, no weird smells or rude behavior. I usually have trouble sleeping when away from home, but the bed was comfortable and the pillows were plush. Towels were replaced daily, bed was made and the room tidied up while we were out shopping. It was so nice to come back to a freshened room. The decor was really great in the entire hotel as well as the room.”

“We arrived pretty late and the staff in this hotel was not very friendly. We stayed one night ant my daughter forgot her favorite tennis skirt in the room. I called the hotel several days later and was transferred to housekeeping. The lady I spoke to was very adamant that my daughter's skirt was not left at the hotel because she personally logged the items in the lost and found and had not seen a skirt. I was adamant that the skirt was left there and insisted that she ask again. After a few minutes on hold, she did find the skirt. No apology was given and if I have not been adamant, I would not have gotten my daughters skirt back!”

• The decor was beautiful!

“The decor, both in the common areas and in our room, was modern and lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant--quite possibly the most friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. The bed was so comfortable I was actually sad about going home to my own bed.”
