  • Breakfast was OK.
  • Gave away our room.

“We returned for the second night of our stay to find that our two-night reservation had been canceled and our room had been given away. The front desk said that since they didn't see any luggage in the room, they assumed we had checked out. So much for guaranteed reservations. They promised to cover our second night at another hotel. We had to repeatedly call back to get reimbursed for the lost night. All we got was a worthless coupon for a free night at the Holiday Inn Express in Newton. Aside from that, the smoking room smelled terrible. We won't be returning.”
