• The king size beds.
• Off the beaten path of I-80.

“The room was amazingly clean, the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner worked wonderful for the hot and humid August in Nebraska weather.”

• Hotel was clean.
• Management screamed at us and said she was glad we would not come back.

“Dont expect to get the rate quoted over the phone if they're full. They'll tell you with a smile that they wont honor the rate, and invite you to find a hotel elsewhere. If you happen to get anything completely washable on a pillowcase, expect to be charged $25 for it. But before you leave, be sure to take the item back to your room and wash it with a simple bar of soap and water and take it back to the front desk for credit to your account. Housekeeping will not put effort forth to clean anything that they can just charge you for. Also, if you have a problem, dont take the problem to the front desk. They'll have you speak with Jennifer, the GM who will appear with her hands on her hips and begin yelling about how you are simply a guest in her hotel and will follow her rules, tell you she's glad you wont be coming back when you tell her that she's ridiculous and you wont be coming back, and she self admittedly looked forward to being blacklisted for future potential "guests" from a specific group. She later apologized when we brought the pillow case back clean, after washing with a simple bar of soap and water, and said that she just has a lot of pride in the hotel and takes things personally. That is absolutely NO excuse for her behavior, and she obviously has NO management training if she cannot solve a conflict. Be very cautious at this hotel.”
