• My husband and son were attending an event at Rupp Arena and this hotel was very close, but out of the business district.
• My daughter and I stayed behind and there were not many rest. in walking distance.

“Overall, enjoyed my stay. The gentleman working the desk when we checked in (around 3 PM) was friendly and helpful. Hotel is up to date and decorated nicely. Beds and linens are very comfortable. Hotel has a pool and hot tub room that was clean and warm, enjoyable for my 13 and 4 year old children. I would stay here again.”

• Clean - large room - treadmill.
• Business center's computers were extremely slow.

“Good location - clean - good breakfast. Business center's devices were bad and no weights in the exercise room. 2 treadmills. I would stay there again.”

• It was really the best location for what we needed.
• Could not use the internet as I would have liked.

“Really good place to stay while in Lexington and the location was ideal, close to the university. Hotel was clean and staff was good to work with.”

• Helpful manager when we needed our room changed due to noise of the train.
• Train noise.

“The manager at this hotel could not be more helpful. He was great and bent over backwards to get us an upgraded room after we requested to be moved due to train noise. The room we moved to was super, very clean and quiet! We had to move to a smoking room. I am not a smoker, but the manager had it treated for the smoke and I never did ever smell smoke. The breakfast was a great extra. Hot eggs and cinnamon roll just perfect. I will use Holiday Inn express again.”

• The staff was extremely courteous and gracious, over and above the normal I received in other hotels.
• Trains( tracks) running behind my room, made it difficult to sleep.

“Extremely courteous staff. Spacious room with many comforts of home provided. Location is near the University of Kentucky and easily within walking distance.”

• Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. They had 4 soft pillows on each bed, the pool was clean and very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean.
• No restaurant in this motel.

“I will stay at this motel when I visit Lexington, its located near everything and makes easy access to everything, its clean and the beds were comfortable with 4 soft pillows on each bed, not hard flat pillows they were very comfy pillows, plenty of towels and very white clean sheets and towels, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff had cheerful and friendly attitudes, the pool had plenty of towels so you didn’t have to use room towels or goes get any from the housekeepers, everything was great. The only 2 things I wish they would add to this motel are balconies on the rooms and a restaurant.
