• Clean, efficient, friendly, and helpful.
• Can't think of any.

“My friend and I stayed here in the beginning of October and the front desk staff was efficient, helpful, friendly and pleasant. Went out of their way to help us. Cleaning staff was friendly and room was very clean with plenty of towels. It also had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Continental breakfast was the usual but good and all surfaces clean. Access to Rockvale outlets a plus and front desk helpful in guiding us to other outlet and various things nearby. Also if you don't like to go out at night you have Olive Garden, and other eating places in the complex. Will be staying here on all visits to Lancaster and only live 60 miles away so that will be frequently. Good job all.”

• Housekeeper, Location, and initial check-in.
• Staff needs a bit of re-training.

“Fantastic Location! Outlets across the street, and a few minute drive to Dutch Wonderland and Amish attractions. Great place for family travel. Housekeeper was wonderful. Did a great job on the room and was very friendly. Pool was nice and well kept. Woman at desk seemed uncomfortable handling our two separate, back to back, reservations. May have been a fill in person. Person who attended the nice complimentary continental breakfast wore gloves when handling food, but used same gloves to push down trash in receptacle. He was very nice and friendly. Both these individuals just need a bit of re-training. Overall, a great place for family travel.”
