• Beds were very comfortable, bathroom clean and shower was great.
• The lobby had a strange smell to it.

“Good hotel for what we needed. The first room they put us in had an overwhelming smell of we're not sure what - old cigarette smoke, strong deodorizer spray combo maybe. We asked to be moved and were accommodated without a problem. Also, can't be sure, but one of my sons and I had lots of insect bite on us in the morning.”

• Crowded breakfast room with no over flow area, limited selection. Didn't see more than 1 highchair.

“Great hotel for the Priceline rate. Wouldn't have been as pleased if paid full price. In order to have 2 beds had to pay $20 more at check in. The website showed both rooms as the same price.”

• Lots of potential. Everything was in working order.
• The bed linens were wrinkled and looked as if they had not been changed. The pillows on a king size bed were very small and not comfortable at all.

“The bed linens turned off what may otherwise have been a pleasant stay. Neither my wife nor I got a good nights sleep.”

• Room was very clean and bed was very comfy.
• Mix-up with room and we actually walked in on another guest - very embarrassing!

“Overall, very pleased with the hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Phone staff was very friendly and accommodated us very quickly. All other staff was super friendly and very responsive. The continental breakfast was excellent! (Hot cooked eggs and bacon, yummy cinnamon rolls, plus lots of other choices! Despite the room mix-up, still a very good experience, which says a lot about the rooms and continental breakfast!”

• They had a crib in room when we got there.
• I thought we were going to get a fridge in the room.

“The hotel was fine. I thought I was going to get a room with a fridge in it. I have a small infant who has medicine that needs to be refrigerated and I had to keep going to the ice machine getting ice in order to keep his medicine cold.”

• Clean, easy access, good location, good price, nice room, nice staff.
• Parking lot crowded at midnight, snow took up spaces.

“Nice place, easy to get too, nicely located relative to Portland and Freeport and highway. It is new, so everything is still new and clean and in working order. Staff was very friendly. Included breakfast was fine. Go me started for the day.”
