• They allowed my dog and the charges were lower than I expected.
• Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The shower was wimpy.

“The cost was better than I expected. The hotel staff was very friendly. My family and I enjoyed the hotel stay enough to add one night to our stay. Though there was no breakfast of sorts - there is a honors snack and vend area that was satisfying between meals.”

• Nothing.
• Smelled smoke in a non-smoking room. Not as clean as desired.

“Staff tried to be accommodating. A smoke odor came through under the door next to me even though these rooms are to be non-smoking rooms. I found a panties on the floor after I checked into the room. They had a cupboard to get food, and did not offer a complimentary breakfast of any kind.”

• It was nice to have a kitchen area.
• Convenience of getting towels, had to buy extra coffee packets, pool heater broken.

“I expected more of a suite so that was disappointing. The person who greeted us was very friendly. I enjoyed the kitchen area. I wish the pool heater wasn't broken. Most hotels furnish coffee in the room each morning and coffee had to be purchased after the first night. Room was clean.”
