• It was in a good neighborhood, clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds!
• A little farther away form Fort Benning.

“This was a Great hotel! It was new and modern, very clean with soft beds and pillows and the new style comforter bedding. The staff was very friendly and more than helpful. The hotel breakfast was hot and delicious, free laundry services and computers with internet access were available complete with a printer. There was even a kitchenette with a full size fridge! The location is good, on the same road as a Walmart, movie theater and nice restaurants, not too far from the mall but also in a quieter area. I felt safe being alone at this hotel. The only drawback was a broken gate to the pool. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Columbus.”

• Location near Hollywood Connection (movies, indoor theme park) and near Panera Bread Co for great sandwiches.
• The staff was unfriendly should you complain about a dirty room or hair being in your food.

“Stayed here twice. The first time was great. After the second time I will be sure not to come back. I do not recommend this hotel especially to military members and their families. We deserve better.”

• It's free internet, breakfast, and laundry were helpful.
• The front desk staff was horrid. I have never been treated so rudely before. They made me not want to come back.

“This was my second stay here. The 1st visit was great. This time 6 weeks later, not so great. I was given two dirty rooms. There was hair in the sink, both tubs had a lot of soap scum which tells me they are not being cleaned often. They were always out of dishes at breakfast time and one morning there was hair in my eggs. I did complain and in turn was treated badly by the staff. I saw a lot of military there and as a military spouse I suggest that all military give your business elsewhere.”
