Beautiful rooms and bathrooms if you get one in the newly renovated tower!
Service, cleanliness, parking, amenities, price.

“We booked a stay for 2 nights. On first night, one headboard fell off the wall, the other headboard had a decorative piece fall off of it with 3 screws sticking out unto my children's bed. Shower curtain was covered in mold, air conditioner did not cool properly, amenities that were promised were not delivered until after we arrived and complained about it. Also, breakfast was supposed to be free, but they charged $9/person. Second night, we were swimming in the pool, and my husband's foot was cut from glass that was in the pool. After further investigation, we found a hand-full of glass on the bottom of the pool. Hotel is difficult to get around in. Our trip was planned around taking our kids to the zoo, which is not far from the hotel, one of its selling points, but definitely not worth the hassle and horrible experience. Stay in a more kid-friendly hotel, this one isn't it!”
