• Lovely, great amenities, walking distance to all.
• Parking was additional $39 for 24 hours.

“Friendly staff. Beautiful, modern, clean hotel. Great bathrooms with deep tubs for soaking. Lovely pool with great workout facilities. Walking distance to all (about 1/2 mile to many sights). Luxurious feel to the whole visit -- we were extremely happy with the hotel and whole experience.”

• Lovely hotel with good biz location.
• Location is a bit out of the way.

“Large rooms that are perfect for business travel; located near the biz district and south station. Walk to Legal for dinner. Walk will be cold in winter due to the open location near water.”

• The front staff were very helpful as well as the valet.
• Some of the staff in the bar need more training related to customer service.

“first, I would like to say wow what a bathroom! we were given a city view as all the harbor view rooms were sold out due to convention so the view was not much to talk about. the bed was too hard for our taste and the pillows need replacing as they are like not even having one.”

• Really liked the layout of the room.
• We did not have a very good view, just a building under construction close to the window.

“Very easy to get to in town. Not a very far walk to the interesting downtown spots. A few nice pubs and lunch spots near by and the harbor front walk was nice.”

• Big rooms, great views, comfy beds and
  great larage bathrooms.
• Concierge was not knowledgeable of area and overworked.

“Great location. Hotel was clean and rooms were very large and comfortable. Cool sliding window between bedroom and bath. Nice shower and tub. Great outdoor area on the water with great soft chairs and large umbrellas.”

• Beautiful hotel right on the harbor and close to Quincy Market & Aquarium in Boston.
• Parking garage was extremely hot, but they did have a fan down there.

“I was extremely pleased with the hotel, staff and room. It was very clean and the staff was helpful with sightseeing questions. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family if they were going to Boston.”

• Beautiful, clean, awesome location and views.

“The hotel was great, it was just the begging for a double room even after requesting one ahead of time that was a bummer when you are standing there with a family of four. Bidding for rooms is not for families!! And I guess this comes with a four star hotel, they nickel and dime you to pieces. Everything is extra (rollaway is $35) where service is key with the nice suite-type hotels these days.”

• Fabulous, modern, great location, good swimming pool, 2 blocks from the T.
• No in-room coffeepot.

“Fabulous, modern, really nice people. 2 blocks from the T, wonderful location near the water. Easy to get to, loved it. Coffee and wonderful muffins from a little cart in the lobby.”

“This hotel had an air of hospitality and professionalism as well as a welcoming feeling. The location was very beneficial for quick access to restaurants and places to visit. The area was very safe and clean.”

• Great view .
• Staff not overly friendly; no hot tub or sauna; no wireless.

“Great location; very well appointed; very nice bathrooms; pool was great; nice equipment in work out room; no wireless internet which is very out of step with higher end hotels I am familiar with; staff were not the friendliest at the front desk; concierge was fine, but not great; other hotel staff were great - however, didn't get that welcoming feeling on check in - certainly expected more from a hotel of this caliber.”
