• The cleanliness of of the room was immaculate. towels and toiletries were plentiful.
• Nothing

“Visited the HIE for one night and loved it.. The lobby is beautiful, the decor of the rooms are nice, the beds are so comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.can't ask for much more!”

• It is very close to the Stadium.
• The room was a little small and 11 AM check-out.

• Hotel was great. Loved `the breakfast and shuttle service!
• You could not walk anywhere due to the location but they did offer free shuttle service.

“Overall I was pleased with the hotel. The room and complimentary breakfast was great! The people who worked there were very helpful and friendly. I was a bit disappointed with the location in regards to walking to the stadiums but they did offer a free shuttle service. I would definitely stay there again if I am in Baltimore.”

• 2 queen beds; delicious free breakfast items.
• Air conditioning unit was so loud that it had to be turned off.

“Very nice hotel, except the air conditioning unit (and it was very warm weather) had to be turned off at night because none of us could sleep from the awful noise--thus, the room was warm and stuffy.”
