• Staff in all areas were very friendly. Best customer service anywhere.
• Power to bathroom outlet was out when light was off. Couldn't charge razor.

“We added a second night when booking this hotel through Priceline. Although we didn't get the same lower rate it was still very reasonable. When we arrived we asked if we could upgrade to a family suite. One was available only for our second night so we would have to move after our first night. When we asked what the price difference would be we were told there would be no extra charge! When we arrived at our new room our toddler was thrilled to find a tunnel bed (bunk beds) for him with big crayons as the bedspread pattern. He had a ball and didn't want to leave the room. Front desk, housekeeping, custodial, restaurant staff were all very friendly and always made a point to talk directly to our son. He loved the attention! This was our second stay here and we highly recommend it.”

• Too noisy, spring break, kids in the hotel were not in control. Running hallways and such.

• Free valet parking.
• Requires credit card for incidentals, instead of blocking all incidentals from being charged to room as Fairmont is able to do.

“Good location. Very small lobby. No one at the valet reception. Limited parking.”

• The room was extremely roomy and had a very comfortable bed! The staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was fast.
• The only issue we had was a leaky window. The weather was extreme outside, wind, rain, hail. We did not report this to the front desk.
