• Service.

“Initially we thought we'd done really well to find this hotel, on the main square, but the service was appalling and they are only interested in making money, over charged us and when we complained in Spanish they pretended they couldnt understand us (even though we have lived in Chile for 4 months and speak adequate Spanish). They suddenly announced as we were about to leave for a tour that we needed to pack our bags and find a new hotel without any apology because they had overbooked. Appalling service. Do not stay here.”
