• Modern, comfortable.
• Poor service, room placement, and customer service.

“Wholly disappointed. We were put directly over a wedding reception our first night, kept us up until 5:30 am with people yelling in the halls and music blaring. The front desk could do nothing. Another night, the room service was not only 30 minutes late but the food was VERY cold and delivered in a surly manner... plus our door was slammed when we did not tip. We complained but asked for no new food (we wanted to go to bed) but 15 minutes later, dressed for bed, more food arrived and an uninspired apology delivered. We were still charged.”
