• Everything, location, staff, cleanliness and did I say location?
• Nothing to do with the hotel but driving to it to drop off our luggage was scary!

“We stayed in this fantastic hotel for 4 days in July 2007 during the Lucca Festival. The hotel is centrally located near the main square and within the awesome walls that surround the old town. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, walk to anything inside the walls in 20 minutes at the most. The room was comfortable, quiet and looked out across the street to where Puccini lived. We plan to revisit Lucca again and would think of no other place to stay.”
