• The location and the gardens.
• No private beach availability even though it clearly states its availability at the time.

“Arrived at 1am, when it was impossible to get a snack of any kind. We were put in a room without a balcony (we requested and paid for a balcony in advance). The next morning we were put in a room with a balcony but the Jacuzzi wasn't working. But the biggest disappointment was the "private beach" which didn't exist at the time of my stay: June 22 to June 26. The hotel informed me that the beach wasn't open until July. There for choosing this hotel was its access to a beach (it clearly states on JP Moser's website that the beach - which is 500 meters away is open from 15 June). We were originally going to the domes in Syracuse, but because the beach was about 15 kilometers away we then chose the argument domes even though the Syracuse domes was much cheaper.”
