  • Beautiful and well kept.
  • Pricey!

“This was an number one, classy beach resort for families. Families were encouraged to ride bikes throughout this beautiful beach community by the sea. A short walk away the Seaside, also a planned beach community, full of local artists' work for purchase, as well as a boardwalk with beachy shopping and an amphitheater for concerts and theatrical productions by the gulf. The beach side pool at Watercolor was second to none, complete with poolside dining and drink services.”
