• Halls did not seem air conditioned but rooms were fine.

• Very friendly and helpful staff, great free buffet breakfasts! Free dinner on select nights and a dessert night on Thursdays great idea!
• The dining room could have been a little larger.

“I was traveling with my Mother-in-law who is a senior and visiting my son who lives in Arlington. The kitchen was a wonderful asset for me to be able to home-cook a meal for them. Very convenient, quiet and comfortable. The air conditioner was a bit noisy when it kicked on. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was wonderful and the breakfasts delicious and fresh.”

• Very close to the Metro which made sight-seeing in D.C. easy.
• Can't come up with any negatives.

• Inconvenient garage exit.

“This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the proximity to attractions (a short Metro ride away) was convenient. Great restaurants nearby, all within walking distance.”

• Complimentary Breakfast 24/7 Snack Counter.
• Giving me a handicap room when others were available.

“I was given a smoking handicap room with a dirty bathroom. I asked the front desk the next morning and they told me they had plenty of upper floor rooms. After discussing it with a manager, I was given a new room. I had to move all of my stuff. It was very inconvenient.”

• Great room with excellent hot breakfast.
• Nothing. The hotel was excellent.

“This is a terrific hotel for tourists to DC. Only about 2 blocks from the Metro and a grocery store. Room was fabulous with a kitchenette and full refrigerator/microwave/range top. They also serve a full hot breakfast buffet every morning and several nights a dinner as well. This was unexpected but great. Room was clean and comfortable and terrific for a longer stay.”

• Having a kitchen in the room was perfect especially traveling with a baby.
• The complimentary buffet dinner Monday & Tuesday nights was pretty bad compared to their complimentary breakfast every morning.

“We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would not only stay there again but recommend it to others. Having a small kitchen in the room worked out great since we were traveling with our 1 year old. The location was perfect. Not too busy outside the hotel and just a short walk to the metro. The complimentary breakfast every morning was better than what we were expecting with lots of choices to choose from. Their complimentary buffet dinner Monday and Tuesday night definitely needed a little help especially when compared to their breakfast. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The whole reason we booked this hotel was because we thought we were getting a separated living room and bedroom and could put the baby to bed in the bedroom, shut the door and stay awake in the living room. We were not happy when we found out we were in a studio suite and our 12 year old son was not happy when he got put to bed at the same time as the baby!”

• The staff was very attentive; close to subway to go to wash. D.C.
• None.

“Very organized staff, had maps available to assist with sightseeing, clean room, additional towel apron request, wonderful breakfast every morning, nice "market" for snacks they also had the essentials in case you forgot, peaceful even though it was in the middle of the city.”

• It accommodated 3 adults and 2 children. It was close to the subway.
• Had to pay for parking in addition to hotel fees.

“Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. Staff was great the breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. The hotel was in a great location.”
