• Staff was friendly, maintenance was helpful.
• Roof leaked, which cause us to hear dripping all night. One phone in room did not work.

“The location was great. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. But the flip side were. The room leaked, the thermostat didn't work. The room was not wireless, it has wired internet on a free trial basis.One of the phones did not work. And the location of our room was noisy.”

• I liked the location .

• Clean-Quiet.
• Nothing close by need to drive to eat.

“Decent clean hotel. Typically, in big cities there are always a few restaurants by the hotel. This one had nothing within 5 miles kind of a pain with jumping on DC Beltway. This exit is mainly for the Metro Train.”

“The hotel is located in a business area, so if you are looking for an attractive place to stay, this is probably not it. But my room was comfortable and the price was perfect.”

• Location, amenities, cleanliness, friendly staff.

“Other than the hot tub being down for repairs, my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for our touring downtown DC and proximity to good restaurants and other activities. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a quiet, pleasant place to stay while in the DC area.”

• Hidden, but not too far from the highway.
• Bed bugs, I was bitten by them and had marks all over the body.

“I got bitten by bed bugs. I complained to the receptionist and offerred to show them the marks over my body. They took my phone number, called me later and said they investigated and could not find any bed bugs. The receptionist(s) were also not too friendly. I thought as a Marriott, they would be more friendly. No smile!.”

• Proximity of shopping and dining facilities.

“The staff was wonderful and friendly, the front desk couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again just for the staff. We had a wonderful experience.”

• Breakfast buffet reasonably priced.
• Located in a business park type environment.

“Hotel was clean, staff friendly, did not really care for the room it was close to exit door and you heard people in and out all night and early in the morning, also there was a long crack in the wall.”

• Lobby appearance.
• Did not like the ants in bathroom and was not able to shower before checking out.

“The hotel lobby appearance was inviting, but the room I was in was not. I only needed it for one night before returning to my state the next day, I will book directly through the hotel, for adjusting purposes.”

• Convenient.
• Non smoking, yet the ROOM SMELLED like smoke.

“Friendly staff and considerably good location. The price was a little much for the hotel. The only thing I was upset about was that for a "non smoking," room it smelled heavily of smoke.”

• Private and quite. Access to outside garden area for reading or to just enjoy the garden.
• Would be nice to have microwave and fridge in room.

“The room was clean with a quite surrounding both indoors and outside area. Liked access to pool and exercise room. Location of hotel was easy to find and not too far away from inner city.”

• The staff was very courteous.
• The bed was terribly uncomfortable.

“The bed was uncomfortable and it pain in my back when I got up in the morning. They also did not have continental breakfast available; something about hotel stay level? Don't know what that was about; so I got up every morning and took my kids to find a restaurant for breakfast.”

• This hotel is staffed with professionals who are anxious to serve the guest.
• I did not get good nights sleep because there was a group of rowdy youth on the same floor. Calls were made to the front desk, but to no avail.

“The management and staff were very concerned about my stay and sleep deprivation. I was made whole by the establishment.”

• No restaurants within walking distance.

“Good location with excellent access to DC Metro system. No restaurants within walking distance. There is one in the hotel, but for long stays it can leave you wanting some variety. Not much of workout facility, but better than nothing. I would stay here again.”

• Location of the hotel.
• That shuttle took so long to come.

“This looks good, however, problems exist. This was my second stay there and there were a few problems. The shuttle took to long to get me from the Metro station. The ice machine didn't work on my floor. And the elevator broke down. Because the hotel was sold out I got the worse room possible, ground floor next to the door.”
