• They had a good breakfast in the morning. My family enjoyed it.
• The usage of the pool and hot tub was poorly marked on the hours of availability.

“As mentioned earlier, this hotel had a wonderful breakfast but some of the staff could have been more friendlier. Plus we were very upset about the usage of the pool and the noticed of when we could use it. In the room there was the hotel guide lines that said the pool was open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 (I believe) in the book they give you to update you on your stay there, however the pool was not open that early or that late. Plus there was another sign down by the pool that said the pool and hot tub was only open from 5:00 to 10:00 PM. And a life guard had to be present. Then there was another sign near the tub that said that it was open until 11:00 PM. After returning from a very long and hot day at Washington we wanted to come back, rest and enjoy sometime to swim and be in the hot tub, could not because of the time frame. Another couple was down at the hot tub and was asked to leave and they too pointed to the sign that said it was open until 11:00. You would think they could get it right, make signs and notices right everywhere. We left a day early and then showed up a day later than expected. I am glad because we ended up staying at another Hampton Inn 7 hours away from there and their policy was totally different and I went through it with them as to the problems we had at the other one and they were sorry. They said they should have had it more together than that.”
