• It's location directory on Venice beach was amazing.
• It could potentially be noisy outside late at night or early in the morning.

“The room was cute and perfect for a stay on the beach. The proximity to Venice beach was unbeatable, as was the service I received from the staff. The potential for outside noise could be problematic for some. If you aren't into the alternation lifestyles of the kinds of people you'll find on Venice beach then you should stay somewhere else, but if you are looking for that vibrant and diversity this is the perfect place for you.”

• Good place, friendly staf, cosy & clean room, good view and quiet hallway.
• Bathroom needs to be redone just a little more.

“Good place, friendly staff, cosy & clean room, good view and quiet hallway. Relaxed atmosphere, it seems it attracks the same type of guests. Feels like home.
We will come back for sure the next time when we stay in LA!”

• I like the location, there was a stove, refrigerator, plates, cups etc. it was like I little studio apt. also I didn't have to buy beach stuff, they provide it.
• Parking, you have to drive block(s), but the blocks are not big blocks, it a short walk.

“Comes with basic items that you would find in your kitchen. Hotel provides boggy boards, surf boards, mats etc in your room they give you a bottle of wine. You walk out the front door and there was the beach and lots of shopping and restaurant. Santa Monica is a 10 minutes drive.”

• I thought the location was perfect and It was a lot safer than I thought it was going to be, because of the location.
• I thought the bathrooms were a little small and there's no air conditioning.
