• Exceptionally helpful, all personnel are very friendly, excellent breakfast included with stay.

“This used to be an old hotel, very average accommodations. Since the new owners took over, the hotel was completely remodeled, and is among the best we ever stayed at.”

• It has no personality, it's a chain.

“Breakfast in the hotel was good. I stayed five nights. The morning after the first night, housekeeping forgot to service the coffee maker in the room, and she was waiting for me at the door as I was leaving for the day to ask if I wanted the room serviced because she saw that I had put the "don't change linens" flyer on the door handle. I said "yes, I want the bed made but you don't have to change the sheets and vacuum." She changed the towels so no clue about the coffee maker. Would have liked to have had a regular computer or a laptop with a mouse in the "business center". Don't like IBM think pad as the little built-in mouse is difficult to work with. I had dinner the second night next door and received terrible, rushed service. The area has gone way down and seems provincial in a sad way.”

• My room was always clean including bathroom and bed. It had the convenience of refrigerator, microwave. I really enjoyed my stay.
• My neighbor in the next room that snored.

“The hotel is in an excellent location, centrally located to grocery store and other convenient stores. The room was neat and clean, my bed was made everyday. I had a most enjoyable stay.”

• We only stayed one day.
• Red neck drinking party in lobby and parking lot.

“We were disappointed. Because we find that there was no hot water - nor would hot water be available until the following afternoon - a fact that was known but not disclosed to us as we checked in. This was overshadowed, however, by the Wild Turkey and Bud Light chugging crowd that had convened in the lobby - a group which later moved to the parking lot until approximately 2:30 AM. A lot of unwashed, tired travelers checked out early the next morning.”

• I like the bathrooms for the room that I stayed in.
• The computer and the internet in the public area is slow.

“I think the service at the hotel was good and I enjoyed. I guess my major problem was because was the construction which currently going on when I visited. I would to suggest for a microwave in each room or a least a common area microwave on each floor. Overall I enjoyed it and would visit there again.”

• This hotel was a no nonsense hotel, everything was quick easy and friendly.
• The room was just starting to outdate itself.

• It met our needs for a quick business weekend. The staff was friendly and courteous.
• It was hard to find coming east from Hartford. We got lost for an hour trying to find it.

“I thought the staff was friendly and courteous and the rooms were clean. They were doing construction to install a new elevator and this was explained to us on arrival.”
