• It was clean, spacious and in a good location safety-wise.
• I was very pleased with the hotel.

“I was very pleased with the hotel and it's staff and facilities. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. There was a full kitchen in the hotel room. All rooms in this particular hotel were suites.”

• Elevator was broken so they let us stay on the 1st floor.
• Ran out of towels in the pool area, hotel allowed parting to go on in the parking lot.

“It was a nice location for business travelers, very clean, did not like that it seemed that all the children and families were down same hall. My daughter is only 3 but she is very well behaved, not so with all the others down this hall. There was a family that was out in the parking lot most of the night with music playing from there cars, beer cans being thrown, the smell of pot in the air, that all seemed to be alright with the overnight staff.”

“Very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area was nice and clean. The reception hour had wine, beer and hot snacks. Full kitchen was a plus.”

• Complementary breakfast, daily.
• 100+ degrees outside and AC not maintaining a level of cool for my comfort.

“The hottest days of the year and the climate control didn't allow me the ability to control the in room temp. Sufficiently to create a comfortable sleeping environment. Very disappointing!”

• The staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed committed to guest service.
• Kids running in the hallway the first couple days.

“The hotel itself show a little wear & tear, but overall it was very nice, clean, convenient. The staff was very good and went above and beyond my expectations. They serve a full breakfast and light dinner daily. They provided me with laundry detergent free of charge. I even accidentally forgot by bathing suit and when I called them, they sent it to me via overnight mail at no charge. What more could I ask for?.”

• Every member of the staff exceeded my expectations. I was always greeted and asked how my day had been.
• The breakfast selection was very good but the food itself was somewhat lacking. The biscuits were stale, the eggs were bland. Fresher items needed.

“I want to give my highest compliment to the staff at the Marriott Residence Inn. They were extremely helpful, they never missed an opportunity to make eye contact and greet us. I also want to recognize Angie. She seemed to manage the breakfasts. She had the biggest smile and most engaging manner. She made you feel like you were part of her family. She should be commended for her efforts. She never had a "down day". The hotel was convenient to the highway; there was a gas station and a Mc Donalds at the same corner as the hotel. It made it so easy to fill up the gas tank on the rental car on the way back to the airport and catch a quick breakfast too.”

• Their transportation service was excellent. The drivers were very helpful!
• Nothing.

• Entrance to the hotel was not marked well.

“This is an excellent hotel with great staff, wonderful rooms and plenty of space! Might even go back and visit for pleasure, rather than business - it was so nice!”

• Not very family friendly.

“The hotel was very nice; however, I would not bring the kids to the hotel. We were put on the second floor near a staircase and were complained on for noise level by the patrons underneath. I would say that the patrons were just unreasonable. I believe the noise was from the staircase not our room and was embarrassed by the complaint.”

• Garbage was collected at 4:30am right outside my window.

“Very clean and comfortable room. Great meals. I was surprised by the food offering at the evening social hour (in very positive way). Breakfast was good. Overall, an excellent value.”

• The full kitchen in the room was great and convenient.

“This hotel was exceptional. It was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was very nice. The full kitchen ended up saving us money since we could dine in instead of going out. Our kids really got a kick out of our suite and they slept very comfortably.”

• The elevators were too far for luggage. And upon arrival the front desk lady was rude.

• Setup of the room was fantastic. The kitchen with appliances would make it ideal for longer stay especially with family.
• Breakfast area slightly crowded.

“Very impressed with the hotel. Loved the room setup and location. Multiple choice of food for breakfast (Complimentary) was terrific. For those patrons who are fans of St. Louis RAMS football, they have their practice field right across the street from this hotel.”
