• Had free movies you can take into the room which had a DVD and VCR.
• No Ice machine. Had to wait for them to be made my ice maker in fridge.

“Was clean and had a recliner with VCR and DVD combo. They had a collection of DVDs and cassettes to take to your room. It seemed like a newer hotel. We had to wait for ever to get ice because the ice maker in the freezer took forever to make them and they had no ice machine.”

• It was handy.
• No where to eat on the weekends, restaurants were closed on the weekend.

“It's strictly a business hotel but they can give you good quality service if you're just passing through too!”

• Very clean, every thing was in the room that I needed including high speed internet.
• They need to buy new bed mattresses

• I like the studio apartment appearance.
• The remote control did not work. Im too lazy to get up to turn the channel.

• We drove around the building to find entrance not easy to locate front.

“I would definitely stay again, the room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is on the small side would prefer a bathroom with a larger vanity/mirror. Good location.”

• Very comfortable beds. Had grocery store with honor system.
• There was nothing that I disliked regarding this hotel.

“This hotel was very quiet, yet close to the interstate highway and convenient to the airport and old town St. Charles. Staff was very friendly, and the rooms had a small kitchen with refrigerator and microwave oven. There was a small grocery store where you could purchase food and items on the honor system or charge to your room. I was very happy with this hotel, and I will definitely stay there again when visiting St. Louis.”

• Parking (because they were full) and long walk to room.

“Great location. Short distance from interstate and airport. Desk personnel was very accommodating Our two room suite was nicely set up and the bed was very comfortable. Very clean facilities. We will stay there again.”

• I loved the automatic check in this was very good for me.
• If the Bed were a little softer I would give the rating 3.5 stars.

“The automatic check in was very convenient. I didn't expect it but it would have been okay to call my cell phone and let me know the procedure for checking in. Me being a reader I follow the instruction just fine however if I would have had some sort of deficit this could have been a problem. Everything would have been to my liking if the bed would have been a little softer.”

• I liked the room because it ended up being a swifter and it had two TV.
• There wasn't anything.

“This hotel was very well kept and clean. They had a full size refrigerator and were kept up very well. They has a laundry room down stairs and it was free and there were vending machine and there prices were very cheap a can of coke was only 50 cents so I would really recommend this hotel and it was in a really good neighbor hood so you didn't have to worry about your car or anything.”

• The large room, full size refrigerator, frees parking, great location, fast friendly staff and quiet neighbors.
• They allow pets. My room was fine but pets will ruin the hotel.

“Candlewoods suites is the closest thing to living in a nice up-scale apartment at you can get. I really like the hotel for business trips.”
