“Buffet breakfast was a hit with family. Wasn't expecting hot items - pleasantly surprised.”

• Close to amusement park we were going to.
• Rooms and beds were small and maids came every morning at 7:30 waking us up.

“The staff was friendly and courteous but the accommodations were lacking. The room was small and the beds were full sized and not queens as we were told they would be. Hotel was not crowded”

“Having traveled most of my working career, I found this hotel to be above average to those encountered by me domestically, as well as around the world. I would definitely stay there again.”

• It was conveniently located for my purposes for this trip.
• There was only one queen/king bed and I have a 15 year old son. Also, there was an inch of dust on the arms of the chair in the room.

“The main disappointment was that there was only one bed in the room, where I would have preferred 2. The chair had not been thoroughly cleaned in way too long. There was a great deal of dust where the arms met the back of the chair. As an allergy sufferer, I know this caused my allergies to flare up. The continental breakfast, however, was spectacular.”

• It was very clean & tidy.
• I wished there were more pillows available in the room.

• Free high speed internet, free breakfast.
• Saw some hairs and cobwebs in room, room could have been cleaner.

“Helpful staff at front desk. King bed was pretty comfortable. Room also had a sofa bed. Very easy to connect to high-speed internet in room. Fresh coffee available in lobby. Room window was quite small; a larger window would have been nicer. Room could have been cleaner; I saw some dust around lamps and some stray hairs on bedding. No writing pad or pens in room. Room was a bit too dark, even with several lamps. Overall, was happy with my stay.”

• Very accommodating staff, free breakfast, new beds.
• Its old. Could use new toilet seats.

“Better than a 2-star. These folks go out of their way to accommodate the needs of their guests. Staff is all quite friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel, so expect things to be a bit worn, but they've installed all new furniture--very comfortable beds. They offer a free hot breakfast, but only have warming units, so they can't do much. But they manage to provide a nice variety of options within their limited situation.”

• Great room, did not need to request extra pillows they were available in room, great breakfast.
• Housekeeping constantly knocking on door in the morning.

“Great room, comfy bed, lots of extra pillows in closet. Breakfast in morning was great. Husband used fitness room and was quite satisfied. They had a guest computer room which we wanted to utilize but it was locked for some reason, and our room key did not work for it. The only problem we had was the constant knocking on the door from housekeeping starting at 7:30 AM. Check out time was 11 AM, and this was a Sunday as well. We informed the hotel at Check Out and they apologized for it. Great stay will stay there again.”

• I liked the room lay out, the TV channel selections, the breakfast options and staff.
• The soda machine selections were limited. Many "out" lights were on.

“Secure, quiet, friendly environment. No strong odors intended to fresh the room as is the case with so many new England lodges. I'll stay there again.”

• Nothing, nothing at all.
• It's a dump to have the holiday inn name attached to it.

“It is a dump, the rooms smell. The mattresses and carpet are still from when it was a comfort inn six years ago.”

• The hotel was undergoing major construction, very noisy.

“Hotel would normally be a good facility. However, the construction taking place, parking situation due to the constructions and the noise made it a poor facility.”

• The beds were very comfortable (softer, yeah!) and very clean.
• The bathroom had no counter space to speak of.

“For a couple or a solo traveler, great, but not for two moms with two kids. No counter space for toiletries, etc. However, the staff was very helpful with extra towels, etc. Overall, I'll certainly stay again as a business traveler or with my husband only.”
