  • Friendly, responsive staff. Great full breakfast, nice large rooms.
  • Lobby. Elevator and common areas looked a little worn and could use better cleaning.

“Great place. Warm staff. Shuttle service to slopes. Looks newer outside than in. Breakfast is super and will fuel you for a day of skiing. Common areas looked a little worn and could use additional or more frequent sweeping. Would definitely go back, and recommend to others.”

  • The price was better than I could have gotten if booked directly. Staff was friendly.
  • Instant coffee in lobby, musty stairwells, limited menu & not exciting.

“Staff was very friendly and helpful, came right up to room to reprogram TV when DVD player did not work. Inn at 6 Mountains is advertised as the best place to stay in Killington. I would not want to see the others. The hotel needs updating, and a better continental breakfast. Maybe it's all better during ski season.”

  • The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and the location was convenient. Bed was comfortable and clean overall.

“The room was comfortable and the staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. The pool, exercise areas and common rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, although the room itself was spacious enough; the ambiance reflected old as in tired.”

“Very helpful staff. Very attractive hotel and surroundings.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[7] • Location:[9]

  • Location.
  • Very run-down; in major need of renovations.

“Not a 3-star hotel. Very run-down. Ill-fitting slipcovers were placed on chairs in the room rather than replacing them, all the baseboards were scuffed and the walls scraped along the halls at housekeeping cart level. Outdoor pool green and filter not working. Basically, it's got great bones and a great location but needs to have someone put some money into a complete renovation.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[2] • Location:[4]

  • Location was beautiful.
  • Shabby and dirty with no services.

“I believe this is a resort hotel that would be busy during the winter ski season. I stayed here in June and all I can say is that it is very shabby and dirty. The room furnishings would have been fine if this had been a 1 or 2 star hotel but it was classified a 3. The bed was uncomfortable and the linen was thin and well worn. The restaurant and bar were closed. Unfortunately it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.”

  • Good size room.
  • A little dingy in the common areas.

“Previous 3 star hotels had a more upscale feel. This hotel seemed to be a little dingy and dirty. Maybe hotels in ski areas are all like this. I would have been very disappointed if I had paid the "normal" rate.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Location. Staff were friendly.
  • Room could have been cleaner in the less obviously places. Easy to hear into hallway.

“Overall, good stay. Starting to become run down, but they seem to be working on things. They worked hard to met needs.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[10] •

  • The hotel had a friendly staff, nice common areas, and fine breakfast.
  • The beds were not the best and the outside pool.

“The hotel was in a central location, close to many restaurants, and activities.”

  • Nothing.
  • Everything.

“The room had a stale smell. There was no air conditioning therefore had to sleep with the windows open and I have allergies. I had to ask for an iron/ironing board. I am very dissatisfied with the complete experience.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[6]

  • The grounds and gardens were beautifully maintained.
  • The hotel rooms were failing to meet the standards and were poorly maintained, i.e.; old carpet, broken window, old scotched furniture

“This hotel has great potential to be a top notch 4 star place, however, it has become less than a 3, in my opinion, as it is not updated and poorly maintained. We were well treated, but staff could be more friendly and smile more as if they actually enjoy their jobs. We were a bit disappointed in the continental breakfast. I would not have wanted to pay any more than we did for this hotel.”
