• Newly remodeled and a professional staff.
• No movies on demand.

“Very nice hotel. Undergoing renovations when we arrived so some temporary areas were set up for drinks, check in etc. Otherwise a fine experience.”

• Room was clean and very nice. Staff was nice.
• Hotel was Under Contraction. Dusty, ugly.

“Hotel, would have been nice, but hotel lobby, many of the floors and pool and fitness area were all under construction. Dusty and ugly.”

• Proximity to airport.
• TV remote in room didn't work very well.

“It is a good stop en route to the airport from points further east when your flight is very early morning. Friendly service, good food in the bar, didn't try the restaurant.”

• Close to all amenities.
• Loud outside window of room from people from party in lounge.

“Other guests outside entrance area from party in lounge. Very loud, had to switch rooms. Rooms clean, hotel in close proximity to all entertainment/shopping.”

• Trying to locate it by auto.

“Given the location and the accommodations all went relatively well. In the area, the problem is with street signage.”

• Hotel conveniently located, clean, friendly staff.
• There were no full drapes on the windows in our room.

“Other than not having full draperies on the room windows and the highway noise we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel seems to be well maintained and the room and common areas very clean.”

• Bed and linens were excellent.
• No shades on large window, room was very bright very early.

“Hotel is somewhat out of the way in an office park setting. Some public spaces seemed a little worn down was showing their age.”

• Very comfortable. Staff cheerful and helpful. Quiet rooms. Nice pool area with big pool and hot tub.
• All good nothing bad.

• It started with the very accommodating and friendly staff at check in. The buffet breakfast was worth the money and food was tasty. Comfy beds & rooms.
• The gym had old machines and had bad ventilation. The room furniture was a tad outdated.

“Overall, the hotel was very respectable and worth the star level it was given. The stay was made better by the staff both at the front desk and the restaurant. They went out of the way to do whatever they could to make us comfortable and help when they did not have to. I would surely go back. Great waffles too at breakfast!”

• Staff was very professional.
• Although room service was listed as being open until 11pm, was told at 10pm room service was closed.

• The staff was exceptional! Very willing to go out of their way.
• The menu was limited.

“The staff was professional and friendly! They went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed, even offering a shuttle to a nearby ATM. The concierge staff was very knowledgeable. The pool was very relaxing, as was the bar area. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler, either business or leisure, family, couple or just by yourself. It is great!”

• Comfort  bedding.
• A little "tired" in places.

“The hotel was fine, but we were told of a family medical emergency upon arrival. It was late. We had to leave the next day. The hotel said they would not charge for the next day. We havent heard.”

“I was overall very disappointed. The hotel looks nice until you get into the room. I was very unhappy with the cleanliness and overall feel of the room. Looks are very deceiving on this hotel. Should not be a 3 star.”
